Thankful Thursday

We recently received a very special surprise gift in the mail that I sniffed and of course it made our mommy's eyes leaky... 

It's a cute husky painted stone from our goat friend Pricilla and her publicist.  Mommy keeps holding it since it reminds her of our sweet sisfur Sadie and it fits purrfectly in her hand...

We're very appreciative and thankful to Pricilla and the publicist for thinking of us!  We love the husky stone and sniff it often!  Thank you so much!

We hope you have plenty to be thankful for this Thursday!

PeeS:  There is a wildfire burning near Pricilla's neck of the woods in Montana and her male person is the fire chief so has been helping fight the fire and save property and lives.  We're sending many purrayers that the fire is contained soon and that everybody stays safe!

Tortie Tuesday

It's Tortie Tuesday but I have a non-Tortie guest today. Actually, my guest is a mini-Sadie and she's from the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog museum in Wasilla, Alaska. I don't usually allow non-Torties on MY day so we'll see how this goes...

Stroll With Sadie!

It's my favorite day of the week - Sadieday! It's time for a stroll with me! Mommy's been taking me on walks just around the neighborhood at night but today we are going on the trails so I can't wait! She's holding me back with this leash but it's only a matter of time before I... am free! I love the feel of the wind in my fur!

And the dirt between my toesies!

And the smells of all the pee-mail!

It's Sadieday and today I decided that since Mommy doesn't do Friday Close Ups like a lot of our blog pals do, I'm going to do Sadieday Close Ups today! Is this close up enough?

Here's my "puppy dog" eyes - although I always have puppy dog eyes since I'm a puppy dog! Ha roo roo!

One good thing about getting so close up is that Mommy gives me ear scritches!

Stroll With Sadie!

It's Sadieday so time for another stroll with me! When we start out in our neighborhood, I have to make sure my leash stays nice and tight since I'm a husky and that's my job.

Mommy keeps a leash on me because of these critters laying in yards. He looks like he wants to get up and come play with me!

Once we get onto the forest roads, Mommy takes the leash off me and sometimes I let her think I listen when she calls me and come running to her.

On the way home, we found this pit stop for any friends I might take along on my strolls. The Bark Place! And a potty pole! Talk about a dog-gone good time! Ha roo roo! I crack myself up!

Since Mommy works from home and has 4 day weekends in the summer, I lose track of time and am never sure what day it is. Every day seems to be a lazy summer day.

But Mommy said today is Sadieday!

Well, that means it's a day for a smile...

and a WOOOOOO!

Mommy didn't get my WOO on video but trust me, it was a long and loud WOO!

I hope WOO have a Happy Sadieday! Now Mommy has to take care of some business.
