My Tortie Tuesdays have been few and far between lately but I had to kick off April, as well as the last two weeks of tax season, with some Tortiliciousness...

We're in the home stretch and the end is in sight. Not sure if it's the end of Mommy's sanity or of the endless tax returns but either way, it's almost over. We're ready.

It's Tortie Tuesday! I love having a "Me" day every Tuesday. Actually I like the idea so much that I'd like a "Me" month too! I'm going to do whatever I want whenever I want including throwing modesty to the wind in front of the glass door...

I'm pretty sure the neighbors are going to enjoy my "Me" month as much as I am! Not so sure my little sisfur will though.

I hope everyone had a safe holiday yesterday! We enjoyed a nice, relaxing day with no fireworks nearby although we could hear some in other parts of the city. They didn't bother me near as much as when Mommy put yesterday's photo prop around my neck...

Don't worry, I showed that tinsel heart who was boss...

In case you're wondering why Angel wasn't part of the holiday photo shoot, well, let's just say she was more interested in sniffing the heart...

And stalking it...

Yeah, I know, she's so cute somemommy can hardly stand it. Whatever. One thing she's not is Tortilicious!

It's the last Tortie Tuesday of the month plus it follows a holiday weekend so is it any wonder I only woke up after Mommy so rudely flung back the covers exposing my comfy hidey place...

Actually Mommy didn't even know I was there before she flung away so I scared the halibut out of her. Kinda serves her right don't you think?

I'm even not technically on her pillow. Yep, I'm good! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to sleep for the rest of May. Or at least until lunch!

It's Tortie Tuesday! My favorite day of the week! Yesterday my little sisfur made it seem like she's the only one glad Mommy is home but I'm glad too. I even helped hold down the box with wheels so she couldn't leave again...

Because of Mommy whining about being tired us holding the box with wheels down so long, we haven't got our loot that's inside it yet. Well, we did get one thing Mommy won at BlogPaws but I can't figure out what the heck it is...

We'll eventually get our loot so I'm not too worried about it. In the mean time, I'm enjoying having Mommy home...

I'd enjoy it even more if she'd rub my tummy! Just sayin.

Of course I corrected her and told her I look like a Masterpiece.

I'm going to demonstrate how I can transform my Tortilicious self into a Tortie roll.  Are you ready to be amazed?

First I lay down and tuck in my ear since rolls don't have ears...

I'm halfway there.  The hardest part is staying awake until the next move...

Voila!  A purrfect Tortie roll...

Now, since I worked so hard to transform myself, I might as well stay here awhile and enjoy it...

Since it's Tortie Tuesday I thought I'd let you in on a little secret.  It's really not so easy to be so Tortie-licious.  It's actually hard work but I'm just skilled at making it look easy...

I have to always remember to keep my Tortie paw showing...

Combine that with showing my snorgable tummy...

And it's all so exhausting...

Bet you didn't have any idea how much work it is to be Tortie-licious!  It's a tough job but someTortie has to do it!

It's Tortie Tuesday, the bestest day of the week!  It's my day so I'm going to nap, snack and nap again since I've been so busy around here.  I've had to hold Daddy down so he could get well enough to go back to work today...

I've also had to help Mommy by inspecting the no-no bracelet she's making for somebody special...

I know you're thinking that's an awful lot of work for one Tortie and I would have to agree!  I've certainly earned my day of rest!

Yay!  It's Tortie Tuesday, the bestest day of the week!  Unfortunately I don't have a lot to say today because yesterday Mommy took the day off for her one three day weekend of tax season so she didn't have time to help me get my post together.  I know you're thinking - 'with a day off she should have had plenty of time to help you beautiful Tortielicious Isabella'.  Normally you'd be right but this time I thought it was best she took a true day off so I made sure she stayed off the computer by occupying the office chair...

I know you're now thinking - 'wow Bella, not only are you incredibly Tortielicious but you are super thoughtful and such a hard worker.'  It's a tough job but someTortie has to do it!
