Holiday Wrap Up

Whew! What a happy holiday! We waiting patiently (and comfortably) for Santa on Christmas Eve...

Daddy, uh, we mean Santa didn't disappoint when we got heart toys from a Chinese food container...

Filled with really good nip...

We also got a brand new scratcher!

It provides the perfect resistance to make the popcorn popping sound!

Our Grandma from Vegas sent toys too...

This one squeaks like a real mouse so it was fun to deaded it...

For Christmas Day we napped played with our toys while Daddy took Mommy to her happy place...

Despite them coming home without the birdie, we had a wonderful Christmas! We hope you did too!

Ready for Santa Claws

We're as ready as we'll ever be for Santa Claws. Mommy finally got us a tree although it doesn't smell nearly as fresh as a real tree does. The little snowman doesn't smell too fresh either...

The tree tickled my nose...

Anyway, we've both been on our best behavior all year...

Well, almost...

We're sure we're still on Santa's nice list. We know you are too!

Holiday Weekend Wrap Up

We hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend! We sure did! On Christmas Eve our stockings were hung by the chimney with care...

Angel sat on her new Ess from Santa...

Isabella enjoyed a box even though somemommy's present was still inside it...

She continued to enjoy it all evening long...

We all enjoyed our Christmas and realize that even though we got presents we love, the best part of the holiday was spending it together.

A Kitty's Work is Never Done

Somemommy was really late finishing a handmade present for Christmas. I know it's because I wasn't allowed to help since it involved glue and other secret stuffs we can't divulge so the recipient is surprised. Anyway, yesterday I helped pick the size of the box to package it up. This one is a tad too small...

She took my advice and used a bigger box. If it wasn't for me, who knows how much longer it would've taken her to get that package in the mail! Seriously, what would she do without me?

We have two more presents to make and then we might finally be done! Are you ready for Christmas in your neck of the woods?

Merry Christmas Eve!

It's Christmas Eve and the stockings are not hung by the chimney with care...

Uh, what else is supposed to be done but isn't?  Oh yeah, everything.  At least Angel has taken over looking for Santa...

Well, maybe not...

We may not be ready for Christmas but we are ready to enjoy some relaxing time together.  There's nothing Santa could bring that's better than that!

Mommy's Office is Becoming a Forest of Cat Trees!

As we mentioned yesterday, Santa also brought us a cat tree which he left in Mommy's office.  He put it in the corner thinking we wouldn't notice it right away among all the other cat trees in there...

Well, Santa needs to learn a little more about cats since we hone in on anything new right away...

This new tree has a hidey hole at the bottom of it...

See, I hidey in the hole and Isabella can't see me even with my lasers on...

She saw me get out and well, you know what they say - monkey see, monkey do...

I checked out the middle bunk...

This new tree is pretty nice but it'll take a little getting used to....

It pays off being good kitties most of the year with such pawesome presents from Santa!

Group Effort

Things are crazy around here, well, actually it's just Mommy.  She blames it on having a late Thanksgiving resulting in less time to get everything done before Christmas.  Yeah, whatever.  Christmas comes on the same day every single year so you'd think she'd figure that out.  Did you notice we had two Wordless Wednesdays yesterday?  I tell ya.  If she didn't treat us like royalty we'd be accepting applications about now.  Anyway, Mommy had to wrap some presents so my sisfur and I pitched in since we knew she couldn't do it by herself.  Isabella tied little knots on the ends of the sweatshirt strings...

And I checked that they were secure...

Then gently tucked them in the box...

I also held the paper down while she wrapped the presents...

Then I used my lasers to keep track of the packages until they were ready to be delivered...

We're hoping things calm down soon since having to help Mommy so much is really cutting into our naptime.  Okay, just my naptime since Isabella's naps are just as long as always.  Hope Mommy appreciates my sacrifices!

Thankful Thursday

Christmas came early in our house when the man in blue pants brought a surprise package just for us!

The package smelled like a handsome Mancat and nip!  That's an irresistible combination...

We checked every inch for the Mancat but didn't find him...

But we did find the nip which made us crazy pants...

VERY crazy pants...

We also got pawesome crinkly paper...

There were other pressies but we were so wild over the nip toys, crinkly paper and pom pom balls that Mommy put the rest of the package away until Christmas Eve so we didn't over do it. She's a party pooper. Anyway, we'd like to thank JB, Gaia, Chester, CocoBean, Charli and the handsome Armani for the pressies!

We absolutely love everything!  We can't thank you enough for making our Christmas extra special!

Tortie Tuesday

As you saw yesterday, my sisfur Sadie wasn't happy with her present from Santa Claws but Angel and I got exactly what we wanted - an ESS! We've been wanting one furever and I was so excited I turned into a crazypants... The nip Mommy put on it might have contributed to my crazypantsness but still, I love our new ESS! Angel does too...
