Holiday Weekend Wrap Up

We hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend! We sure did! On Christmas Eve our stockings were hung by the chimney with care...

Angel sat on her new Ess from Santa...

Isabella enjoyed a box even though somemommy's present was still inside it...

She continued to enjoy it all evening long...

We all enjoyed our Christmas and realize that even though we got presents we love, the best part of the holiday was spending it together.

Out With the Old?

One of the things that happens this time of year is Mommy gets into clean out mode in order to donate stuff for tax reasons.  Imagine that.  Anyway, she was still in clean out mode this past weekend and said it's time to toss out our Ess...

We have it all broke in so why does it need to be tossed?  Maybe the scratcher part is kinda hairy but the Ess part works just fine...

Sure we have new scratchers but look, they are flat, non-Ess shaped that don't curl around my floofyness...

Somekitty is so dramatic isn't she...

Dramatic?  Whaddya mean dramatic Bella?  Look at the curves in this Ess!  I love these curves!

Uh, I don't get it...

Maybe because I prefer something more cushy for my curves.

PeeS:  We've kept the old Ess for way past it's expiration date because Angel loves it.  We cannot find another Ess with the scratcher wrapped around the top curve like the old one.  Most have the scratcher in front and then carpet on the very top of the curve.  She doesn't like those.  If you know where to get an Ess with scratcher over the curve, let us know!

Weekend Wrap Up

Hope you had a great weekend!  Our's was pretty busy.  I had to work extra hard to wake Mommy up for breakfast plus I had to help with bracelets.  Since my sisfur Isabella is feeling better, she doesn't sleep as much so I'm trying to teach her how to react to the flashy box since usually she sleeps right through it.  

Okay Bella, give a cute look but don't look directly at Mommy...

Hey, wait a minute Angel!  Are we ignoring the flashy beast or are you just pulling my tail?

Well, whaddya know.  She caught on much quicker than I thought!

Santa Claws Was Here!

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!  We sure did!  Santa brought us our presents on Christmas Eve but we didn't see him or his reindeer.  We think that Daddy scared him off when he went into the living room because by the time we got there, Santa was gone but he left us a new Ess!

After the sniff inspection, I tried out the new Ess...

It didn't take long for Isabella to try to take the fevver thingy off...

I might of helped a little...

Santa also left us a rattlesnake...

Isabella deaded it right away but I was a little leery of it...

Santa also left some Peppermint nip toys that made me wild!

They certainly are potent peppermints!  Anyway, we also got more nip mousies and toys and treats and even a new cat tree which we explored later.  Santa was very good to us this year!  The bestest part is all the boxes and crinkly paper he brought too!  

We'll be recuperating today but we hope you enjoy your day!

Tortie Tuesday

As you saw yesterday, my sisfur Sadie wasn't happy with her present from Santa Claws but Angel and I got exactly what we wanted - an ESS! We've been wanting one furever and I was so excited I turned into a crazypants... The nip Mommy put on it might have contributed to my crazypantsness but still, I love our new ESS! Angel does too...
