Working Wednesday #ChewyInfluencer

When the nice folks at Chewy.com asked me if I'd like to do a review on some treats, I jumped at the chance! I'm only 8 months old so there are a lot of treats that are new to me so it's fun to try out new ones such as Canidae Grain-Free PURE Heaven Biscuits with Bison and Butternut Squash Crunchy Dog Treats...
I may be a puppy but I take treats seriously since I get them when I do something good so they better be worth it. Let's give these a try...
Uh, I think I need to try a little more...
The verdict? The Canidae Grain-Free PURE Heaven Biscuits with Bison and Butternut Squash Crunchy Dog Treats are yummy! They're made here in the USA and the bison flavor is tasty. I also like that they're crunchy to help keep my teeth clean. They are a good size for puppy rewards and snacks too...
I do wish there were more than 30 in a bag though but we order from Chewy.com enough that our supplies are replenished often. If you haven't checked out Chewy.com, you should! They deliver food, treats, toys, everything quickly and right to our front door...
Anyway, I liked these treats very much and I'm glad I got to try them out! Thanks, Chewy.com!

Disclaimer: Chewy.com sent me a bag of Canidae Grain-Free PURE Heaven Biscuits with Bison and Butternut Squash Crunchy Dog Treats free in exchange for my honest review. This did not influence my opinion because if I don't like something, I won't eat it no matter what!

I hope you get a treat or two today!

Weekend Wrap Up

We hope you had a good weekend!  Although we enjoyed our time with our Daddy last week, it was good having Mommy home again.  She's the only one that I can wake up in the wee hours of the morning for treats that she conveniently keeps in her nightstand drawer.   So, if she stirs even just slightly, don't worry, I'll be ready...
Yep, it's a good thing I'm cute!

Hope you have a treat filled day!

Finally Friday

It's Friday and the best part is Mommy's home!  We were so glad to see her!  I purred really, really loud and made lots of biscuits too!  After she was home for awhile and started taking things out of her carry-on, I realized I better find out where our present was.  She got Daddy some fancy M&M's and she bought herself a now incomplete box of goodies* but I didn't see anything for me...
But then I realized I got the bestest gift of all, Mommy is home!
We love being with Daddy but it was tough making it through the night without 2am treats!

We hope you have a fabulous Friday too!
Angel

*Mommy flew on Allegiant and was worried about the weight limit on her luggage so put her new box of goodies in her carry-on to make sure her suitcase wouldn't be over the limit.  After waiting in line to check in her suitcase then waiting in lines at security, her carry-on was inspected by TSA.  She'd totally forgot that the lotion and body scrub in the box were each more than twice the 3oz limit so her choices were to go back downstairs and check her carry-on (at a cost of $50), mail the items back home (at a cost of $20+) or to watch the TSA agent throw them away (approx $40 of product in the trash).   Let's just say Mommy literally threw her money away in Vegas!  The TSA agent did say she could have gone back out of security and put the lotion on so she could wear it once before it went in the trash.  Pretty generous huh?  She was nice about it at least.

Waiting on Bedtime Treats...

Every night before bed, Isabella and I get treats so I wait for them on the nightstand...
From this position, it also makes it easy to tap, tap, tap on Mommy's forehead at 4am for more treats!

Yes, I'm Angel and I'm a treat-aholic!

Hope you have a treat filled day!

Tortie Treats Day

We were asked by the nice folks at Chewy.com if we'd like to try some treats and being the wonderful Tortie that I am, I said yes!  We received some Orijen Regional Red Freeze-Dried Cat Treats...
I let my little sisfur try these treats out too and she went right to the taste test while I gave the treats a more thorough inspection first...
The Orijen Regional Red Freeze-Dried Cat Treats are made with 100% ranch raised bison, wild boar and lamb freeze dried to lock in the natural goodness.  They are grain free too so your humans can have peace of mind letting you have one or two or twenty.  Let me tell you, there's a lot of goodness in here...
As if the fact that Angel's face hasn't left her bowl wasn't enough, I can say that these treats get four paws up from us!  Can I have a little more?
Since I don't chew my food, Mommy was always concerned with me having freeze dried foods but she was able to break them up into smaller pieces for me so she can stop worrying.
Many thanks to Chewy.com for letting us try these yummy treats!  Be sure to check out these treats and everything on their site.  Free delivery on orders over $49!

Have you tried freeze dried food or treats before?

Have a treat filled day!
Isabella

Disclaimer:  We received one bag of treats from Chewy.com but that did not influence our review in any way.  We like what we like!

Happy Sadieday!

It's Sadieday and since we've been thinking of food the past couple of days, we were remembering how Sadie loved special foods too!  She didn't get it very often but she loved to lick the peanut butter jar clean - or at least as far as her tongue would reach!
She loved receiving special treats in the mail...
And wasn't always very patient during photo sessions...
But she always had a smile on her sweet face!
We hope you have a smile today too!  Remember to spread those smiles around since you never know who's day you'll brighten with just a smile!

Have a Happy Sadieday and a wonderful rest of your weekend!

Patience - I Only Have a Little...

We hope everybuddy had a wonderful weekend and Mother's Day!   We sure did!  I'm getting better every day although I'm still scratching my neck and even got myself bleeding.  I know I shouldn't but it just itches so bad!  Mommy keeps trying to distract me with treats.  I've had more treats in the past week than I've had in the last month!  I'm going to get used to this!  Trouble is, my kitty sisfurs are starting to figure it out and hover around while I get my well deserved treats.  My Yummy Chummies are kept in the closet at the bottom of the stairs so while I'm waiting for them, I know they're going to be coming...
Told ya...
The other one is quicker so she already is mooching some of my treats...
Come on Mommy, those are MY treats...
I only have so much patience...
But I can never have too many treats!

Hope your day is filled with treats!
Sadie

PeeS:  This is the final week to enter Mommy's giveaway of any journal from her shop so if you haven't entered, check it out here!

Treats! Nuff Said.

I'm Sadie and I'm addicted to treats. Yep, I admit it, I am. Since I love treats so much, I was very excited to get the opportunity to try Zuke's Mini Naturals Treats! I took my taste testing job very seriously and tried each flavor with enthusiam. The first flavor was peanut butter... That was yummy! But the chicken was also yummy...
And so was the salmon...
The wild rabbit was yummy too!
I know it's not supermodel behavior to stick my nose in the bags but these soft, delicious treats may be Mini in size but they are BIG in flavor! I absolutely loved them all and Mommy loves that they are:

•Made with high quality proteins and grains and enriched with vitamins and minerals
•Made in the USA with USA sourced meats, grains, fruits and vegetables
•Free of wheat, corn and soy
•Made without artificial colors, flavors or by-products

Plus, they are only 3 calories each so that's good for my girlish figure! It also means I can have more! Zuke's makes a wide variety of treats for dogs and for cats too so we're grateful to have had this opportunity to discover how tasty they are and we'll certainly be trying out more!

I hope you have some tasty treats today too!
Sadie

Disclaimer: We received the four bags of treats from Zuke's free of charge but that did not influence our opinions of the treats or the information in this post.

Furrsday

Even though our weather is getting cooler, my furs are coming out all over the place. I think it makes efurrything prettier but Mommy doesn't agree so she brought out something I don't like, the FURminator! I only allowed about 25 seconds of FURmination but she still stole a lot of perfectly good furs... I think we're finished here so let's go inside now!
There better be treats waiting for me too!

Enjoy your Furrsday!

Tortie Tuesday

I'm going to spend Tortie Tuesday relaxing in a nice, warm sunpuddle...
Oh second thought, I think I just heard the treat bag calling me...
You know it's a good day when all your choices for the day are good ones!

Hope you have a Happy Tortie Tuesday!

Thursday Treats and a Giveaway!

We recently received a package from the wonderful folks at Innova. Imagine my delight when we opened it to discover it contained a bag of yummy treats for me! There happened to be some Innova treats in the package for my kitty sisfurs too...
We got the package so we could let all of our readers know that Innova has recently expanded their distribution to national and regional pet speciality chain stores in addition to the independent pet speciality retailers. This means more access to their yummy holistic foods and treats! Speaking of yummy, I think I should do a taste test...
Oh yeah, they are good! Angel says the kitty treats are good too...
Innova prepares their foods in Nebraska which the state I was borned! Not only does Innova have that going for it, it also has these goodies:

♥Innova is made from real fruit and vegetables, high quality proteins and whole grains.
♥They never use artificial colors or preservatives, meat by-products, fillers, wheat, soy or corn.
♥Meat or fish protein is the #1 ingredient.

The most important thing to me is that they taste good!
And now for the giveaway! We received two coupons for a 6.6 lb bag of dog or cat food to give to two of our readers so you can see how good it tastes too! If you live in the U.S. or Canada and would like a chance to win a coupon for a free bag of food, just comment below and we'll randomly pick a winner.
The contest ends at 11:59pm PST tonight.
Good luck!

Hope you have a treat filled day!
Sadie

Disclosure: We did not receive any compensation from Innova for this post, other than the yummy treats and a free bag of food too, so our opinions are strictly our own and that of our taste buds.

Hanging Out With Angel...

Today I thought I'd hang let you know some of the things I've found out about Angel this week. Unlike her sisfur Isabella, Angel is pretty skittish when it comes to sounds like trucks in the cul-de-sac. She's also cautious with new people (or hippos) in the house...
She doesn't miss anything that happens in the house and she can spot any fly on the wall faster than anyone. She wishes she was 6 feet tall because she's always way too short...
Angel is a Momma's Girl and likes to be picked up like a little kid and carried around on her Mommy's shoulder. Whenever her Mommy goes upstairs she either has to carry Angel up there or Angel will run really fast with her floofy tail flying and jump on the nightstand which is filled to the brim with treats. Even though she's supposed to be in rehab for the "kitty crack", she always gets one or two (or three) treats each time...
Angel spends a lot of time in the linen closet and always wants to be on a higher shelf. She gets in the closet and scratches on the door for her Mommy to come then she'll get on her shoulder and get lifted up to the next shelf. Her Daddy says she's spoiled. Her Mommy calls this "cute". I say Angel has her Mommy trained very well...
She's is a natural gymnast and is very flexible, graceful and has great balance. Also, in case you didn't notice, Angel has a LOT of floof...
When her Mommy is working, Angel hangs out on her desk and keeps an eye on her...
Angel is very sweet and only wants to love and be loved. I must admit I enjoyed the kisses she gave me...
I hope you enjoyed learning a little more about Angel!

Thankful Thursday!

Back in August, Mommy won a blog commenting contest on Roseworks Jewelry blog and one of the prizes was a surprise from another Etsyian, TiLT Creations. Well, the surprise came the other day and it's a cool market tote bag!
And she made her a cute little pouch out of fabric that Mommy commented about on TiLT's blog.
I think this bag will hold a lot of treats and bones Mommy!
Mommy is very thankful to both Ruthie from Roseworks for offering her contest and to Theresa from TiLT Creations for offering this great prize! Thank you both very much!
Usually the cats do the modeling sessions but I wanted to do it since I am thankful for something myself! A package arrived today from Erika at NicoDesigns and it had something for ME in it!
Can I have a treat or two now Mommy? Please?
Pretty please?
Mmmm!
Thank you very much Erika! The treats were very yummy and I loved every crumb!
Hope you have plenty to be thankful for today too!
