Tortie Tuesday!
Happy Tortie Tuesday! Today's lesson to realize that we are never alone - no matter if it seems that way at first glance.

Also, be sure to grap the sunrays whenever you can!

Sadieday Field Trip!
Happy Sadieday! Today we're going on a field trip and I'm so excited! It's always fun to go somewhere to see new sights and smell new smells! So, come on, let's go!

Are we there yet?

We're here! Let's explore!

Aren't these trees tall?

I hear something Mommy. It might be Bigfoot! I'll protect you Mommy, just stand in front of me. Ha roo roo!

Okay, it's not Bigfoot but it sure is big! Better get out of his way!

Coast is clear, but we're nearing the end of the trail.

I had a lot of fun today and hope you did too!

Hope you have an adventurous Sadieday!

Birdies!
Last weekend Mommy and Daddy went to an open house at Chintimini Wildlife Rehab Center to celebrate the 20th anniversary of this wonderful organization. Chintimini provides the treatment and care necessary to return injured, orphaned, or sick wildlife to their natural habitat. Some animals cannot be returned to the wild due to the nature of their injuries though. If we had known what they were going to see before they went, we would have gone with them! They saw really big birdies such as Morgan the Sparred Owl.

And Azjnii the Great-horned owl. Azjnii is at Chintimini because he has cataracts so can't hunt on his own.

They also saw this Red Tail Hawk

and this one.

Isn't this little owl cute? He was such a tiny thing we don't know why Mommy couldn't bring him home to play with us!

This isn't a birdie but he is certainly a big boy! He had to stay in the car but it was a cool day and the windows were down. If not, we're sure Mommy would have done something since she hates to see doggies left in a car with the windows up.

Since Mommy and Daddy visited these birdies last weekend, I'm going to watch to see if they come visit us in return.

We hope you enjoyed seeing the birdies as much as we did!
Have a great Purrsday!

Tortie Tuesday!
It's Tortie Tuesday! Today's lesson is that no matter what happens when you're not looking...

If when you do see it you also see love and support, you can do anything!

Have a Happy Tortie Tuesday!

If only...
If only the birdies would come closer...

I could jump up to reach them!

Maybe I'll getcha next time birdie!

P.S. It always freaks my mommy out when I jump up on the screen to get the birdies which is why our window is never fully open. She says it's something about being up on the second story, long fall down, not wanting us to get hurt, something like that. Mommy's are worry warts aren't they?

Stroll With Sadie!
Happy Sadieday! Time for a midnight stroll with me! Well, not exactly midnight but close. Mommy's been taking me on walks around 10pm or so every night so come along on an evening stroll with me today.

One thing about going on strolls in the dark, I have to stay on leash and we can't go into the forest. But that doesn't mean that I can't take Mommy through the bushes! Ha roo roo!

Hey Mommy, here's the deers sign. Do you think there are any here.

Do you see any deers?

If you are ever walking in the dark with your mommy, stop and stare into the trees and see if she doesn't pick up the pace a little. This works every time! Ha roo roo!

It worked so well she walks really fast and almost passes me up!

Well, we got home in record time tonight so I guess this is good night!

Hope you have a Happy Sadieday!
