Mommy finally comes home today so we're not going to take our eyes off the door...

Hope she gets here before naptime!

We enjoyed our time with Daddy but we sure missed Mommy!  She's the only one we can wake up at night for treats!

Finally Friday!

It's the final Friday of tax season!  Yay!  Everyone in the house is happy about that!  Today is also the end of the 6th week of the guest litterbox remodel.  Nothing has happened in there for the last two weeks because we've been waiting on the countertops which are finally going to be installed this morning.  Everyone in the house is happy about that but me.  I just discovered yesterday how fun it is in there!  I sit in there and make cute sounds until Mommy comes in...

Then I roll around in the dirt and drywall dust while she scritches me...

The countertops will cover my new fun spot up!  Oh well, hopefully the new countertops will be fun too because I know Mommy loves to hear my persistent sounds since she hurries in to give me my scritches while telling me it's a good thing I'm so cute!

Are You Listening To Me?

My sisfur and I have our own glass of water on Mommy's desk but everykitty knows that Mommy's water tastes best. For some reason she drinks it down too low so I can't reach it though... Mommy, you see me struggling here so can you please re-fill your water so I can reach it?
Yoo hoo! Did you hear me? Why aren't you hurrying off to get me water?
Sheesh! How soon she forgets that she is a CPA - Cats Purrsonal Assistant!

I hope your CPA is more attentive than mine today!

Day with Daddy

Mommy is at a tax update class today so Daddy is staying home with us. Actually, he has the day off of work so he didn't have a choice but we know he loves spending time with us anyway. A day with Daddy means a day in the Mancave napping while he watches the big TV.

Who knew someone could listen to so much sports stuff. Will they ever stop talking about the games Daddy?

We had to watch the games on the weekend and now we have to hear someone talking about them all over again. I don't get it. Hey, is that popcorn I smell?

We do miss Mommy today but we also enjoy our popcorn day with Daddy!
