Finally Friday

It's close enough to the weekend so we're going to kick it off with a prize we won recently from the beautiful Truffle and Brulee from Sweet Purrfections. It's a Bavarian Cat Toy Pillow filled with Valerian, Catnip and Spelt (aka the good stuff). As if that wasn't awesome enough, Truffle and Brulee included a couple of treats for us too...

We received the Patchwork Pillow and oh does it smell so awesome...

Weekend Wrap Up

We had a purrfect first weekend of fall! Open windows, Isabella slept and I got a new nip toy...

My toy is made by a local artist who makes a new style every year. I've had several of her toys before but they got buried in my toy box and little moths ate holes in them causing the nip to come out. Dang nipped up moths! Anyway, Mommy got me a new one since she knows how much I love these nip toys...

I really, really love them...

It makes me crazypants!

I played with it all weekend while Mommy squee'd at me. I'm so cute she can hardly stand it. *sigh* Isabella even played with the toy for a bit. Actually, she licked it and tried to bite it, or should I say, tried to gum it since she has no teeth! Anyway, we all enjoyed our weekend. We hope you enjoyed your weekend too!

We're off work until next Wednesday so I'm looking forward to a really long weekend of doing nothing. You know, the kind of days Isabella has every day.

Anniversary Celebration!

Today is our Mommy and Daddy's 25th Anniversary!  That's a really long time so it was pretty smart they got married on 8-8-88 so they won't forget as all the years go by...

They are celebrating over the next four days by going to the coast or mountains or hiking or whatever they want to do and then they'll go to Hawaii to celebrate even more this fall.  We might just have a celebration here ourselves with niptinis, chik-hen and ribbons!

Since we can't post by ourselves, we're going to be taking a long weekend again.  We hope everybody finds something to celebrate this weekend even if it's just a brand new morning!

Extremely Lazy Sunday

Since it's day two of Mommy's craft show, we don't have much to do around here except watch the leaves fall from the trees... We do have a sweet story about love for kitties on our Niptini blog here that you might enjoy! Other than that, we'll continue to watch leaves in between naps of course!

Tortie Tuesday

It's Tortie Tuesday so technically that means the holiday weekend should be extended one more day but we're back at work today because I've got some things to tell you about! First of all, this is our 1200th post! Who knew we had so much to say! Of course we wouldn't be saying anything if we didn't have such wonderful furiends from around the world so thanks to efurryone who visits us! We're trying to find more things to say because we have started another blog called Niptini! Niptini is also on Facebook so click here to like us. We're still trying to figure out what direction we're going to take it but we know we want to talk about fun things of course, hence the Niptini part, but also help spread the word about animal organizations and special people who care for animals. We'd love ideas so please visit us at Niptini and share your ideas!
And I wouldn't be doing my Tortie duties this Tortie Tuesday if I didn't share a new blog that I heard about from Admiral. It's called The Ladies of Autumn and it's celebrating the beauty of Torties and calicos so be sure to stop by and see me and other lovely ladies!

I'm glad I took a break yesterday because this was sure a lot of work today! I better get extra treats for all this!
