Day with Daddy

Mommy is at a tax update class today so Daddy is staying home with us. Actually, he has the day off of work so he didn't have a choice but we know he loves spending time with us anyway. A day with Daddy means a day in the Mancave napping while he watches the big TV.
Who knew someone could listen to so much sports stuff. Will they ever stop talking about the games Daddy?
We had to watch the games on the weekend and now we have to hear someone talking about them all over again. I don't get it. Hey, is that popcorn I smell?
We do miss Mommy today but we also enjoy our popcorn day with Daddy!
Hope you have a great Monday!

The popcorn sounds good. And it looks like you are going to have a good day even if Mommy isn't there. At least you get to sleep all day. Angel you are the prettiest cat.

You two girls look so cute curled up on those pillows. Oh the sports replays...I don't get it either. It sounds like a good day to catch up on a little napping!

Have a fun day Angel!

That looks like a nice mancave. I am sure your Daddy loves it.

I know what you mean about the games. Not only are there games to be watched, but there are pregame discussions and post game postmortems! My Dad has learned to listen to the pre and post stuff on a teeny radio with earphones, so he can do some other stuffs then.

But there was much excitement here because my Dad is a Jets fan!

Now that the cowboys have lost (as if they were going to win) my Dh says that football season is over for him. Yeah, right, like I believe that one!

My human's boyfriend hates sports even more than she does. She thinks we are lucky, but I'm not so sure. I think it would be fun to chase the ball across the screen.

I don't like sports either! Watching them or listening to people yammer on and on and on...

Popcorn??? I want some!

My humans won't let me share their popcorn. They say it makes me power scratch 'cuz I'm allergic. I think that is really just an excuse for them to keep all the popcorn for themselves!

I hope Daddy doesn't yell when his team scores! Hobbes doesn't like when we yell and scream for our team--he leaves.

We've never had popcorn. Our Daddy is home every day (he's ree tired). Maybe we need to go talk to him.
