Something to Savor #ChewyInfluencer

As you may recall, we mainly eat wet food but I sorta kinda must have dry food to graze on during the night or else I get hungry and somemommy gets no sleep. When the nice folks from Chewy.com gave me the opportunity to try out Purina Pro Plan Savor Adult Chicken & Rice Formula Dry Cat Food, I said yes!
It says down here on the bag that Chicken is the #1 ingredient, it has 40% protein and also has Omega Fatty Acids to keep my skin and furs healthy...
Purina Pro Plan Savor Chicken & Rice dry cat food is made in the US and has antioxidants and other vitamins and minerals that are good for me including guaranteed live probiotics for my digestive health. Speaking of digestion, it's time for the taste test...
Oh yeah, it's yummy! I like it a lot! For a more complete review, I asked Isabella for her opinion too...
She agrees, it's tasty and she cleaned out my bowl even though she has no teeth! Yeah, okay, Isabella's never met a food she didn't like but still, I'm counting her opinion and giving Purina Pro Plan Savor Chicken & Rice dry cat food four paws up!

If you are in need of foods, treats, toys, litter, anything - be sure to check out Chewy.com! They have a great selection and prices and fast shipping that's free on orders over $49!
Chewy.com sent me a 3.5 lb bag of Purina Pro Plan Savor Adult Chicken & Rice Formula dry cat food for free for my honest review. This did not influence my opinion in any way because if I don't like something, I have no qualms in letting everyone know. Just ask Lexi.

Do you like dry food?

Hope you have a fabulous Friday and weekend!

Nightly Routine

I know I titled this post Nightly Routine but really it should be the Games Mommy Plays. Every night we go through the same thing where she tries to be stingy with the treats in her nightstand and I patiently wait...
After she pretends to ignore me, I have to get up to hurry things along..
There's no way she can ignore me now...
Especially when I tap tap tap her arm...
She acts like she can resist me but I know she's caving...
Because I can tap tap tap all night long...
She caved. I got treats. Daddy says I'm spoiled. Whatever. Anyway, I wait 3.2 seconds and we start the whole process over again. So, you tell me, is this a routine or is she just playing games?

Do you have any daily routines or games in your house?

Hope you enjoy your weekend!

Demonstration

I've put a request in with Santa Claws for a new scratcher for Christmas. We both use it daily and I'll show you how. It's against the cedar chest at the foot of the bed to help Isabella get up and down on the bed since someTorties can't jump. She goes up and down like this...
Then since it's a scratcher she often stops to scratch like this...
She's a way more polite scratcher than I am. I'm such a wild scratcher I almost pop a wheelie on this thing!
Anyway, I hope Santa brings us a new scratcher. A new one will help me do the popcorn popping sound that Mommy loves in the middle of the night. She loves it so much she wakes up every time to hear it!

What's on your Christmas list?

Have a great weekend!

Sadieday Stroll

Yay it's Sadieday! I am so happy it's Sadieday because I could hardly wait to go on a stroll today! We're going on a night stroll because I have something pretty cool to show you so if you don't have furs like me, grab a coat and let's go!
Oops, I almost hurried on down the steps before remembering to stop and show you my new collar and leash. It's got the logo of the Oregon State Beavers on it.
Here's a photo of it before I put them on. Pretty snazzy huh?
Well, here's the cool part I told you about before...
My collar and leash are lighted by LEDs! Pretty doggone cool huh? They're the new Collegiate Dog-e-Glow lighted collars and leashes. Since we live in a college town and we go on night walks I thought these were a great idea! The LEDs can be seen up to 1000 ft in the dark and the leashes and collars are light weight and also weather resistant which is important in rainy places like Oregon! It's quite the attention getter because our neighbor is yelling across the street "Love the Beavs leash!"...
On our stroll several other people told me that liked my leash so it's a hit in our neighborhood!
Of course I'm a hit in our neighborhood too since I'm so darn cute! We didn't know what to expect with the Dog-e-Glow lighted leash and collar but we are very happy with them! We do walk at night a lot especially during tax season so now I'm easier to see which is much safer. The leash is 6 feet long too which is good for big dogs like me who like to lead the pack!

Well, it may not be raining tonight but it's chilly so I have to get Mommy back inside before she freezes. Thanks for coming along on our stroll! I hope you enjoy a stroll in your neighborhood today too!

Have a Happy Sadieday!
Sadie

Disclaimer: We received the Dog-e-Glow collar and leash free of charge but that did not influence our opinion of them or the information in this post.

Waiting...

Every night it's my job to remind Mommy when it's time to go upstairs for treats bed. I have to do this by getting on my balance beam...
Then I get into my "cuuute" pawsition...
Ahem! Are you paying attention to me?
Getting Mommy upstairs for treats bed is exhausting...
Once she finally does go upstairs I have to be carried due to my weakened state from having to wait so long for treats bed.

Do you have a nightly routine?

Have a great Thursday!

Persistence Pays Off

Mommy tries to read every night but I have other plans so I need to get her attention. I'll start with a show of my floof. I wonder if she's paying attention to me?
The sly routine doesn't seem to be working. It's going to be one of those nights...
I guess it's time for the stare down!
Okay, any time now Mommy!
Finally! The safe has been cracked!
I have her wrapped around my paw!
