Weekend Wrap Up

Our weekend ended better than it started. It's cold but sunny outside and Daddy's on the tail end of his cold too...

Get it? Tail end? MOL! I crack myself up! Anyway, even though Daddy is still sniffling, he and Mommy went to the coast yesterday because it was 10 degrees warmer, sunny, and well, looked like this...

Once again they didn't bring us back any birdies...

Not even one feather! Oh well, Mommy came back happy and after last week, that makes us all happy!

Weekend Wrap Up

We hope you had a great weekend! We sure did especially since Mommy came home on Friday. We loved our time with Daddy but he isn't quite the pushover for treats that Mommy is. He's also a lot harder to wake up in the morning for breakfast!

Mommy did have fun on her cruise with our Grandma from Las Vegas. They went from Seattle to Astoria to two days in San Francisco...

After that they went back up north to Victoria, Canada where they saw this guy...

And this guy on their cabin balcony...

It would've been so easy for her to put that birdie in her carry on but of course she didn't. Whatever. Anyway, we're glad our whole family is together again.

Weekend Wrap Up

We had a busy weekend and got lots done but we also had fun too.  We have a little round up today with photos from Mommy's cell phone so they aren't all that great but it'll show a bit of our weekend activities.  First of all, since tax season starts for us today, we sent Mommy to the coast since it always relaxes her...

We asked for her to bring somebirdie back but did she?  Nope...

She did find a "Cashmere Stem" which is just a fancy word for pipe cleaner.  I'd never had one of those before so the phone was way too slow for a photo...

It didn't help that I'm such a mighty hunter I pulled it off the side of the bed to really dead it.  Here's my paw bringing that "Cashmere Stem" to its doom...

I ended the weekend with a nap in our Christmas crinkly paper...

Where'd the Weekend Go?

Another weekend flew by and now it's Monday already.  Just when we get everybuddy in a routine, Mondays come and mess it up by making Mommy and Daddy go back to work.  We'll have to start all over next weekend so we'll just rest up this week...

Did you do anything exciting over the weekend?  Did you watch the Puppy Bowl or the Superbowl?  What'd you think of the Budweiser Clydesdale's commercial?  Those horses make our mommy's eyes leak every single time! 

Anyway, hope you have a good Monday and are able to start resting up for the weekend!
