Tortie Tuesday

It's the first Tortie Tuesday of the New Year! I'm starting the year out feeling great after getting rid of my bad teefs in November and having no asthma attacks since then! In fact, I was so feisty on New Year's Eve that I played Thundering Herd of one Elephant! I ran all over and was so fast I couldn't get a grip on the slick floor so I even ran in place a time or two. There is no evidence of this other than the aftermath of the Herd resting...

Even on New Year's Day I was in my normal napping spot but was wide awake...

We'll see if I remain feisty the rest of the year or if I've used it all up already. Either way I'll have plenty of Tortieness every day!

Tortie Tuesday

It's Tortie Tuesday, the bestest day of the week!  You know, my little sisfur makes it out to seem like all I do is nap and while I do do that quite a few hours a day, I do like to play too especially since my asthma is now under control.  Last Thursday I was being all crazypants and Mommy started recording me on her phone and I actually kept playing.  Wanna watch me being silly?

Ain't I cute? I rarely have asthma attacks these days so I'm a lot more active even at 3 in the morning when I play Thundering Herd of One Elephant! 

 Life is fun when I'm awake but I still love naps too!

Tortie Tuesday

Although I'm a Tortie, I'm pretty sure non-Torties feel the same way about this one topic - if someone wants you to do something, don't do it.  Am I right?  Anyway, I was minding my own business, playing with the crinkly paper when Mommy wanted me to continue playing for a video to prove that I do play and don't just nap all the time.  Well, the only thing that's moving in this video is the camera...

Mommy is kinda Tortie like in that we want her to help us blog but it's not even the end of January and she can't find enough time in the day for everything.  Because of this, we're going to let her off the hook during tax season so if she really doesn't have time to help us, we may miss a day or two of posting.  We're not happy with this but it should ease some of her stress which is best for all of us.  Trust me!
