Outtakes

I gave Mommy the perfect opportunity to get photos of me and my beautiful blue eyes but it turned into a series of outtakes instead. First she had a bad angle plus she blurred me...

Then she got distracted by my cute look and really blurred me plus cut off an ear...

I held still as long as I could while watching a birdie but again, not very good...

Well, you can kinda see my angel wings on my head but other than that, failed again...

Only my mommy would turn this opportunity into so many outtakes. I'm positive it has nothing to do with me moving no matter what she says.

Finally Friday

We're glad it's Friday! We've been enjoying extra Daddy time this week while Mommy is at BlogPaws in Nashville. Since she's gone, we're going to show you some outtakes we have from the squizillions of pictures she takes of us.  She takes pictures that she thinks are cute yet may not be very flattering like this...

Sometimes we have no idea why she takes a picture...

One day we let her sleep in but when she woke up, this is what she saw...

Why would she take a picture of a beady helper when there's bad lighting? Because she thinks I look angelic...

This was early one morning when she first came downstairs and she thought it was so peaceful. There were no sounds except for the birdies outside...

Daddy doesn't take pictures of us thank Cod. We're going to enjoy a camera free, relaxing weekend although we do miss Mommy.  She'll be home soon though!

Outtakes

First of all, I want to thank everybody for the birthday wishes last weekend!  I had a really nice 7th birthday and we'll be donating at least 30 lbs of foods to the shelter.  We appreciated hearing about the random acts of kindness some of you did and if you'd like to share more in today's comments, please do so!  It makes our hearts happy!

Since I was busy celebrating my birthday over the weekend, I didn't have time to put together a post so thought I might show some of the outtakes we have from the squizillion and two photos that Mommy takes of us daily.  Of course they're still cute like this one that is fuzzy but undeniably adorable...

Isabella posed really nicely for the 4th of July post but what you didn't was she kept biting the prop...

I couldn't stop smelling it...

This is a bad cell phone photo but it shows how my sisfur sometimes uses me as a pillow...

Back when we helped Mommy with the BBArtisans challenge piece, well, turns out making the piece wasn't the only challenge for her!

I think that was another time when Mommy said it's a good thing we're cute.  I have why she says that so often since we're always cute!

Outtakes

We think every photo of us is purrfect but Mommy thinks we don't always cooperate and therefore lots one or two don't make the cut to be on the blog.  Well, since we disagree, we're gonna post some of our still purrfect photos.  Just because Mommy made this photo blurry doesn't mean it's not cute as can be...

Back in April, Mommy was cutting up magazine articles and I helped but as you can tell from my expression, somedog was coming...

Yep, it was my sisfur Sadie.  Since Mommy was on the floor taking photos of me, Sadie went and stood over her...

She certainly knew how to get attention!

She also knew how to end a photo session since Mommy stopped to give her cuddles.  We sure miss our sisfur so much!

Happy Sadieday and Easter Weekend!

Yay it's Sadieday! It's also Easter weekend so it's doubly good! We are hoping to relax this weekend because as you'll see from today's stroll, my Mommy needs it. She has been taking too many outtakes of a perfect subject - ME! Wanna come along on an outtake laden stroll? Well then, let's go - or should I say let's float since I don't have feets...
Now I have feets but what happened to my head?
Mommy tries to get in front of me to take my photo and that doesn't always work since I'm a husky, I'm meant to lead so she just ends up running along side me... I can run a lot longer than you Mommy...
I almost out ran the photo! Dang! She caught me waiting to go in the front door... As you can see she totally needs some time to relax so we're taking tomorrow off again. We hope you get a chance to stroll on Sadieday and all of us hope you have a very HAPPY EASTER!

Happy Sadieday!

I'm so glad Sadieday is finally here! It's been pretty crazy around here with Mommy working all the time and us napping helping out. So, to show what a Good Girl I am, I'm giving Mommy the whole weekend off from the blog! That ought to score me some extra treats huh? Anywoo, since I'm giving her the weekend off she won't see my post so I'm going to show you some outtakes. Yes, I said outtakes. Hard to believe that not every photo of me is perfect but sometimes she takes less than flattering photos like this one... This one is just plain freaky...
She was a tad off on this one...

Now I'm missing my ears?
She may cut off body parts, like my happy tail, but you can tell I have a happy smile on my face... I hope you have a happy smile on your face this weekend too!

Friday Flubs...

We know we appear to be purrfect models but it's hard work making it look so easy. Behind the scenes it can get a little, well, less than purrfect. Since Mommy isn't here to do her Friday Features, we thought we'd show you some of our Flubs from some recent posts. Anycat knows that slinky, shiny things are irresistible and I certainly can't resist them...
My sisfurs are hard to control sometimes with Angel getting in the way and Sadie looking bored as can be...
And she's bored a lot...
Alright, truth be told, I get bored too...
Modeling is a tough job. Just thinking about it makes me need a nap!

Outtakes...

We know that we are purrfect but our photographer isn't always purrfect so since this is a hectic week with our pawrents going back to Kansas to be with family after the loss of Mommy's Grandma, we don't think she'll notice if we show some of the not so purrfect photos she's taken. A lot of the time she just waits too long and we get bored...
Or she misses us all together...
Or somebuddy gets in the way... Isabella is wondering what the heck those are and we're wondering why the heck Mommy took a picture of Isabella staring at whatever the heck those are...
Sometimes she turns what could be cute photos into fuzzy ones...
Or gets takes a photo when we aren't ready... But for the most part she does okay so we'll keep her around.

Since it's Monday which is the least purrfect day of the week, we thought we'd take this time to show our least purrfect photos of the past couple of weeks. Of course the subjects are purrfect but the photo quality, not so much.

Be wary of purple hippos that slide down your leash without you knowing they're there...

All sense of decorum is lost when toys are involved...

Cow print and purple hippos can confuse even the smartest kitties...

Polka dot paper can make your eyes real big...

When Sadie gets excited she gets loud and wiggly...

A birdie can disturb a warm bath but obviously not a nap...

Weekend Wrap-up and Outtakes

We had a really good weekend celebrating our Mommy's birthday and appreciate all the comments on yesterday's post since we are going to donate $1 per comment to an animal charity. Also, Marg and her pets have accepted our PIF challenge so more animals in need will be helped thanks to them too!

Because we had so much fun, we didn't get a chance to get new photos downloaded so we are going to show you some of our recent outtakes. These may not have made the blog the first time but since they are of us, they are worthy of being seen! A lot of times, we get outtakes because Mommy takes way too long to take a picture so we always move our head just as she pushes the button on the camera like this...
