Weekend Wrap Up

We know we've been gone for more than a weekend but at least we're finally back! Our Grandpa from Kansas is on his way back to, well, Kansas and Mommy and Daddy are home from her happy place - the coast...

Is it a coincidence that her happy place has something that makes us happy too - birdies?

It's okay that we didn't go over there though since we enjoyed Grandpa's visit and especially his scritches! He's such a good scritcher he's practically a purrfessional! Now we're all trying to get back to normal, whatever that is. Speaking of normal, this may have happened...

After a week of not turning on a computer, we're hoping that this normal thing happens quickly so we can catch up with all our friends! We've missed you!

Weekend Wrap Up

We hope you had a great weekend! We had one mixed with work and relaxation. I snoopervised Mommy making beady goodies from my scratcher despite being taunted by a birdie...

Do you see that little guy on top of the Birdie TV antennae? He's lucky he's out there and I'm not...

While I helped Mommy and tried to figure out a way to hush the birdie up, Isabella was working hard holding down the couch...

We sure take our jobs seriously don't we? We had time off yesterday when Mommy and Daddy went to the coast for Father's Day.  They saw lots of fishing boats in the bay... 

Would you believe they came home with NO fish? None! Zero, zip, nada!
*shakes head*

Anyway, we hope your weekend was filled with birdies, fish or whatever makes you happy!

PeeS: Today is the third anniversary of our sisfur Sadie going to the Rainbow Bridge. We still miss her but we're able to remember her with happy memories now instead of sadness. We're not ready for another woofie yet but Mommy and Daddy have gone from saying never again to maybe someday. We're waiting for them to ask our opinion! Give your loved ones a hug today and smile in memory of Sadie!

We had a rainy, dreary weekend which means there wasn't much to do but make biscuits and nap...

We held down the couch too...

Guess we worked harder this weekend than we thought!

We hope you had a purrfect weekend!  The noisy strangers were back working in the yard on Sadieday while we were working hard holding down the furniture... 

We're so skilled, we make it look easy...

After they left, we switched tasks and held down Mommy...

It's a tough job being holder downers but somekitties got to do it!

Hmmm, What Shall We Do Today?

Isabella, what should we do today? It's rainy and icky outside so no sunpuddles to lay in. Grandpa from Kansas is leaving today. Mommy and Daddy are at work. Sadie is sleeping. Do you have any ideas of what to do?
We are doing something Angel. We're holding the couch down...
Oh yeah! You're right Bella! Now that I think about it, holding down the couch is pretty exhausting too...
It's tough work being us sometimes!
