Finally Friday

Well, it's been a long week of us taking care of Mommy since LAST Friday when she got the flu. Good news is she's finally getting better although she sounds like a crotchety old man when she talks. It startles us every time she talks! Anyway, we've even worked on taxes a few hours a day since Wednesday and we made some earrings that we got a custom request for last Thursday. The bad news is somemommy hasn't taken any pictures of us. Okay, that's not quite true and since we don't have any alternatives at the moment, we're going to show you her view of us taking a bath. We won't get into the privacy issues nor the poor quality of the photos here on the blog but trust us, we will take it up with her!

Break Time

We spend all day helping Mommy with tax returns so when we get a chance for a break, we make the most of it and sometimes that involves a bath.  At the same time.  On opposites sides of the room.  You'd think after all our hard work we could bathe in peace but noooo, Mommy says we're noisy!

Thank Cod there's just three weeks left of tax season.  Taxes are hard work but somekitties have to do them!

Sunday Bath...

I've noticed that when we nap on Sunday (or anyday) we are vulnerable to that flashy beast so I thought I'd mess up any chance of a photo session by taking a bath. Do you think that'd stop my mommy? Nope, she just clicked away...
How exciting is it that I'm cleaning my toesies?
I gave her the paw and that didn't even phase her... I even cleaned my daddy's paws and she is still clicking away...
Seriously Mommy. You really need a hobby.

Sunpuddles and Cuddles

We've had a lot of sun recently which is a nice change from the usual rainy winter days. Trouble is, my little sisfur Angel sometimes has the prime sunpuddle spots. I need to figure something out so I can share this sunpuddle...

I'll just lay here quietly and maybe she won't notice I'm here since she's busy taking a bath...

I'll hide my eyes so if I can't see her maybe she can't see me...

I'm not going to peek but I wonder if she realizes who's she's giving a bath to...

Hope she doesn't figure it out because this is kinda nice...

There's nothing better than sharing a sunpuddle with my cuddly little sisfur!

Happy Sadieday!

Yay it's Sadieday! I started off my Sadieday by checking for introoder neighbor cats in the front yard...

Well, instead of just looking at my cute booty, Mommy thought I looked a little dirty and my pantaloons were unruly so she gave me a dreaded BATH! Now, there are no photos of me getting a bath because it takes every free human hand to do it because I cry like a little puppy and I'm so happy when it's over...

So does my booty look better now?

No more unruly pantaloons either...

Although I absolutely hate having a bath and I let everyone within 5 miles of us hear how much I hate it, I do like feeling all clean and spiffy again - but don't tell Mommy!

Now I plan on enjoying the rest of my Sadieday and hope you do too!
