Weekend Wrap Up

We know that many people are melting in summer heat but here it's been purrfect open window weather...

Also purrfect napping with my sisfur weather...

The nap would be more purrfect if somemommy would stop giggling about us popping a wheelie in our bed. She's weird.

We're having another staycation this week with both peeps home so our posts might be sparse since we're still working on the being present thing. Do you have any plans for this week?

Weekend Wrap Up

We hope you had a wonderful weekend! We had a mostly sunny weekend which meant our peeps started cleaning up the yard. This can't be done without my snoopervision...

I meowed lots of direction and of course Mommy answered me back. Daddy is sure the neighbors wonder what kind of weeds are actually growing in our yard. Anyway, it was tiring work so I spent the evening cuddling with my sisfur...

Daddy took that picture of us and he was under the impression we'd look at him if he made funny noises. Uh, yeah, no.

Tortie Tuesday

As my little sisfur told you yesterday, we finally got our own haunted house! She helped with the construction but it's my job to do the inspection...

No inspection would be complete without checking out the door...

Despite Mommy not thinking it'd be big enough for me us, it's plenty roomy in here. There's also ample light from above and the floor design is nice too...

I can even nap with my Tortie toe on display...

This haunted houses passes my thorough inspection! I do wish the door was a little bit taller though. I forgot to crouch down and it almost became a mobile home...

Tortie Tuesday

It's Tortie Tuesday - my favorite day of the week! Today is the day that I get to do a whole lot of whatever I want to do which of course is a whole lot of nothing in a sunpuddle...

Mommy says I do a whole lot of nothing every other day of the week too so I should actually DO something else on Tortie Tuesday. I let her know what I think of that...

That'll teach her to stop talking such nonsense. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a whole lot of nothing in a sunpuddle to get back to.

What Made Mommy Giggle?

It doesn't take much to make our mommy giggle but the other day she got a bad case of the giggles when she saw this...

Then this...

And finally this...

The feets belong to the noisy stranger and our daddy who were working on our front deck...

They didn't find it amusing at all that she took pictures of their feets but yet they didn't see the view she did.  It doesn't help that Mommy is just plain weird sometimes!
