Weekend Wrap Up

Whew!  What a weekend!  We were abandoned all day Friday while Mommy went to her craft show.  It was in a town 30 minutes away so she got up extra early to set up and carry the stuff in four trips from her car in the 24 degree weather all by herself.  Cue the violins here.  This is what half of her table looked like...
She got stuck by a goat's milk soap guy who annoyed her all day long by taking her customers!  When someone would stop at her table he would start talking to them and lull them to his table.  He got major stink eye all day long!  Oh well, we know that Pricilla's Happy Goats Farm makes the best goat's milk soap and her's are in cute shapes like this little mouse named Millie but we call Pipsqueak...
Anyway, she ended up having a pretty good show thanks to one lady who bought six of her bracelets!  We'll be busy helping her restock for her next two upcoming shows so we didn't do much of anything else the rest of the weekend except soak up the sunshine on the dining room/bead making/cat table...
Isabella did help Daddy go through recipes for Turkey day which was also exhausting since he decided to clean out the recipe pile too...
We better get in some naps while we can!

Hope you had a great weekend!
Angel

Yay! Congrats on the sales! How rude of the vendor next to you stealing your customers.
I love how your earrings are displayed. Did you have that specially made?

I'm glad to hear your human had a good craft show day in spite of that annoying goat soap man! Sounds like there will be some good food for you kitties on Thanksgiving!

glad your mom had a successful show in spite of the goat's milk soap guy. That wasn't very nice of him.

Glad your mommy's show went well, despite the annoying neighbor. And glad you girls got some time to take in the sunpuddles :)

Craft shows are a lot of work, glad you made some sales.

I would have said something to that jerk---but that's me. There has to be some sort of Craft Show etiquette, right? Criminy.

Glad you had some good sales, though, in spite of him. Happy Monday/Recovery!

You two work so very hard and so do your humans.

Have a purrfect day. My best to your parents. ♥♥♥

Since goat milk guy did not have a competing product, Momma should have said something to him - like "Back off, jerk!"

Sorry we have been AWOL for such a long time. The humans went away for 11 days and Mauricio is always hogging the computer for Cat Scouts. We promise to do better and maybe even a little shopping. Mom has discovered that she is not at all ready for the holidays. Purrs and hugs, Mauricio, Lily Olivia, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

You two sure worked hard this weekend! Ours was good, with the exception of a couple football games I shouldn't mention. You know.
Did you get to play in that pile of recipes, Isabella?!!?

We're glad to hear your mom had a good show despite the soap guy. Maybe if your mom took you two along, you'd attract customers for her!

I hate it when other vendors do that! I love how the earrings were displayed, though, and congrats on the multiple bracelet sales!
