Summer Scenes

We're relaxing and napping this Sunday so we thought we'd share some scenes from around our area with you! The Farmer's Market is every Wednesday and Saturday downtown. They don't allow dogs there anymore after someone saw a dog sniffing some veggies. We're not sure what's wrong with that but they keep saying "Hi Gene". Anyway, here's some peppers with no nose prints on them!
Mommy and Daddy picked peaches last weekend. They smell really good and are in a big box that we get to play with when the peaches are gone! That might be awhile because they picked 29 lbs of them! Needless to say Mommy and Daddy are eating a lot of peach salsa, peach smoothies, grilled peaches and just plain ol' peaches!
They saw this dirt devil on the way home from the peach orchard. This is about the only kind of "tornado" that Mommy can handle anymore.
They also saw some goats but of course they didn't want their picture taken. Wonder if they know our blog friend Priscilla?
Well, we hope you enjoyed some of our local summer scenes! We're going to go back to our nap but wish you a wonderful Sunday!

Ooooh, Dirt Devil!!! I just LOVE that photo! Great shot!
I don't think it's fair that they don't allow puppies to go to the Farmers' Market. Everyone washes everything when they get home anyway!
I like the goats, too. They look very sweet!
Love,
Ammy

(Sorry about that, I need to learn how to spell)

Great pictures of the peppers. I just love roasted peppers! You are so lucky to have a peach tree. I grew-up having one in our backyard and I remember being able to go out and pick one and have it with my cereal. Oh, how about some peach cobbler? I her it freezes well. Have a good nap:)

Sure enjoyed sharing your "neck of the woods"!

If I had a nose print on my veggie, I'd wash it. Questioning the big deal! Bet the complainer would drop dead if on pooped! LOL
