Return of the Fuzzy Socks...

The weekend not only brought October but also the rain, cooler temperatures and somemommy's fuzzy socks. When I wasn't laying on the hot air thingy on the floor, I was sitting on Mommy's lap...

That's pretty much all I did all weekend. Oh wait, I snoopervised the making of some beady goodies and also chased a fly. Guess it was a productive weekend after all!

Too Cute?

It's no secret Mommy thinks I'm so cute she can hardly stand it.  Who can blame her though.  I am pretty darn cute!  Anyway, she takes pictures of me all the time but lately she shuts off the sound on her phone so I don't hear her taking those pictures.  The other day when I was sitting on her lap she went gaga over my crossed paws...

She was taking silent photos while I was in my paws crossed biscuit making trance...

But she scairt the bejeebers out of me!

She felt bad for scaring me but seriously, I realize I'm cute but cool it with the pictures please!  Sheesh!

Is there no escape from cameras these days?

Hard Workin' Kitties

We are such hard working kitties but also so under appreciated.  It's not easy being a seat warmer but instead of being grateful, Mommy complains that she gets numb butt sitting on the edge of the chair.  I don't get it, I leave her plenty of room...

Even if we're being a lap warmer she complains that she can't reach half of her keyboard...

You just like to complain don't ya Mommy?

It's a tough job working so hard and not being appreciated but somekitty's got to do it.

Weekend Wrap Up

Our weekend went by fast, did yours?  Weekends should be longer so warm laps are home instead of at work.  I sure enjoyed having our Grandma from Las Vegas here because she always made sure her lap was warm by covering up in a blanket.  Yesterday I went to lay on her lap and I was told I didn't have much time because Grandma had to go to the airport soon.  I was not pleased with this news...

But you can bet I didn't waste a warm lap nap right up until she had to leave.   I think Grandma would've called the airline to tell them to hold the plane until I was done napping.  Don't you?

We had a great time with our Grandma from Las Vegas but we are glad that Mommy and Daddy are home.  Even if it means there isn't always a warm lap available!
