Snowbirds!

We're known for rainy winters here in Oregon but this week we got snow! None of us actually like snow but apparently the birdies sure do...

We had birdies from doves to chickadees to bluejays in our front yard! They were so fun to watch...

Yes, even though it was literally freezing outside, Mommy opened the window so we could hear the birdies too...

Although we don't like snow itself, we do enjoy all the snowbirds!

Mommy went outside into the winter wonderland and brought some cold, wet, white stuff in with her.  The longer it's inside it expands into a bigger, wet mess...

Snowy Sadieday

OMC Isabella!  Is that the Abominable Snowman?

No silly, that's just Daddy...

We've had well over a foot of snow here which is very unusual and although we love watching Birdie TV with a white background, we're ready for the snow to end.  We know somedog who would have loved to see our deck like this...

Because she was happy when it was like this...

We've had such unusually cold, snowy weather here that is pretty to look at...

But thank Cod for hot air thingys!

Smile, it's Sadieday!

We're in need of a smile today so we went back to the photo archives to three years ago today and found a smile on the face of our sisfur Sadie as she enjoyed the snow...

She had Mommy bring some snow in for us but we didn't like it as much as she did...

Today is sunny and no snow in sight so we'll smile about that!  Hope you have something to smile about today and every day!  Be sure to spread those smiles around, you never know who's day you'll change with a simple smile!

Snow Angel?

When I was outside enjoying the snow, my little sisfur Angel just watched me out the door...
I told Mommy it was okay to share a little bit of snow with her so we brought some in...
She just pushed it one way...
Then the other way...
Then back the other way... And while she was doing that, Isabella actually ate some snow...
I had to come get some before it was all gone... Wanna see a short video of Angel in action? The ending is a little shaky but Mommy thinks Angel is so cuuute...

Whatever. I know I'm the cutest.
