Snowbirds!

We're known for rainy winters here in Oregon but this week we got snow! None of us actually like snow but apparently the birdies sure do...
We had birdies from doves to chickadees to bluejays in our front yard! They were so fun to watch...
Yes, even though it was literally freezing outside, Mommy opened the window so we could hear the birdies too...
Although we don't like snow itself, we do enjoy all the snowbirds!

Do you have a lot of birdies in your yard this winter?

Have a fabulous weekend!

We have tons of birds here. Lots of sparrows, scrub jays and we even have a sparrow hawk that visits often. We also have hummingbirds that stay all winter. We feed all of them except the sparrow hawk.

You two are adorable and mom is most wonderful to let you have some outside air to enjoy the birds.

Have a purrfect day. My best to your mom and J. ♥♥♥

YOUR mommy and mine are both indulgent of you (and me). My mommy will do that too and she also opens the door for a little bit of time if the temp is 50 degrees pr above do I can see and sniff. But not for long and she turns the heat down when she does.

Isn't your mummy nice to open the window for you? You not only got to see the birds but you got in some sniffies and heard the birds too.
We have the same birds as you and lots of squirrels too.

Oh yes, we have lots of birdies here and they are very hungry!!! They have been filling up all the branches in our fir trees and eating all the berries. But they are messy and keep dropping some of them on the ground. Lightning eats them and then he gets sick:( Mom says we may have to get rid of that big tree this spring.

Your Mom is so sweet to open the window for you. We have a lot of birds and they are more active when it snows, I think they panic.

We get lots of birds this time of year which surprises us because it's so cold here. But we never get our window open...we really are deprived!

When we lived in our house,, M fed the birdies, so we always had lots of them around. Now that we are in an apartment, it isn't as easy for her. She does have one feeder out there, but we only see maybe one or two birdies in it at a time. We're in snow country too.
