We're glad it's finally Friday! It's been a long week of working, soaking up sunpuddles and doing the initial inspections in the half bath...
The new light is up, the floor is in, the storage drawer is complete and the cherry wood vanity doors are upstairs soaking up sunlight to darken them to a richer tone to match the drawer front. I hereby declare it's ready for completion...
Especially since the backsplash tile and trim finally arrived yesterday...
If all goes as planned, the noisy stranger will be here Monday morning to finally finish. The total work in this remodel is probably just a week but circumstances caused it to drag on and on. It's kinda like how long it'd take Isabella to do it in between her 20 hour naps. Just sayin.

Our a/c has been out but it's FINALLY fixed! Well, not so much "fixed" as we have a new one. But we have cool air now! It took them about 87 days and they still aren't done, but at least we're cool now. This weekend, we plan to keep cool and not have men running around our house, except for dad. Not that we didn't like seeing them, but they did things like leave doors open, so Mom made me and Cam stay on leashes. Where's the fun in that?
