We're in the 7th week of the litterbox remodel and it's STILL not done! The vanity top was delayed by three weeks and it finally arrived Tuesday and some stranger is supposed to come today to get it all hooked up so I can drink in the sink again. Before he gets here though I have to perform an inspection to make sure it meets my high standards...
This is a very serious issue! When I stick my nose or paw down there it makes Mommy giggle uncontrollably...
It's a good thing I'm on the job because you wanna know what Isabella is doing while I'm hard at work? Nope, not sleeping this time. She's staring at her reflection in the new tub...
We're hoping everything will be done by tomorrow when the contractor has to come back and get rid of the too light of caulking around the top of the vanity that Mommy doesn't like (yep, she's one of those kind of clients). I can't wait to get my sink fountain back!
Do you drink from the sink too?
Hope your day quiet and relaxing!

My human agrees with your human on the caulking. And Angel, I agree with you about the shoddy workmanship of this vanity top - how could they think it was okay to send over something full of holes???
BOL!! Angel...you will laugh!! We DO drink out of the faucet!! We can totally relate!! Love these pics of you two!! xoxo Chloe and LadyBug
Oh Angel you so make me laugh! You both are so cute ... tell Isabella she does look quite tortielicious! (Pees S: my iPhone wants to seriously correct my spelling on that last word!)
Mommy gets very nervous if we stare and paw at the sink holes because that can only mean one thing...COCKROACH!
Tutu is the only one fascinated with the sink fountain. Not to drink from but rather something to play with. Silly kitty!
It looks like your Mommy used your beautiful fur colors as inspiration for the new bathroom. It's so pretty!
Gosh it is sure looking beautiful!! Of course, you kitties help it look that way. ;)

Spunky Doodle likes drinking from the faucet too--hope yours gets all done today!
Your bathroom looks terrific! We hope it's all finished soon, re-caulking included, so you can have your water fountain back. :-)
Your girls always know how to put a smile on my face!
Tell your mommy she has every right to be "one of those clients" :)
Tabatha loves to drink from the sink fountain. Isabella, you are very funny. That is a pretty kitty in that reflection. Hope all have a super day.
I got the giggles too looking at these pictures :)
Sammy loves drining from the sink too!
Well it looks real nice to me! But 7 weeks - Yikes! Love Isabella staring at the new tub...
Looking good. I know you all will enjoy your new litter box when it's done.
Mommies right...If she doesn't like something now is the time to fix it. Not later.
Have a purrfect day. My best to your mom. ☺
Well it's obvious that this pretty new bathroom is for the two of you.
Once in awhile we sit in the kitchen sink. Never tried drinking there. Hmmm, you have given us an idea.

Let's hope that stranger can do something about those holes, Angel, or there could be another delay:)
We also agree with Mom, that caulking doesn't work at all. Bet you will all be happy when life gets back to normal.

I'm sure that everyone appreciated your inspection! *fingers crossed* that everything will be done soon so you can go back to drinking out of the sink!
I am sure your mommy wants the job done her way for all the green papers she is paying to that contractor. I don't blame her! It's good she has such an excellent set of inspectorcats on the job.
!!! I can't wait until my sister gets home and I can show her these! She will love these pictures.
Sharla, I love the tile work in your shower, it's gorgeous!! Glad everything will be done tomorrow and the kitties will get their water fountain back. ;)
We agree w/your mum on the glaring white stripe over the sink. Good thing they will fix it.
Be wary of them holes Angel. There might be some exciting developments there soon.

The drawback of being a dog is that I don't get to hang out in the sink like you do. I can't even reach to drink out of the flushy bowl. Your mom and dad have a pretty fancy looking litter box :)
That's one massive litterbox for sure. Looks good. I actually like the contrast in the caulk from the tile but that's just me I guess.
What a beautiful new litterbox! You are doing a good job of inspecting it Angel! I hope it all gets done soon so you can enjoy it. Love, Moon xoxo
Every chance I get, Angel, and from the bathtub too if the door is open so I can get my paw in there!
7 weeks???! Criminy, please tell me that you have another bathroom to use. We'd be in BIG trouble if it took that long here--we only have one shower!!
It looks lovely though--holes and all!
Your new litter box is furry nice. Our mom agrees about the caulk. When you spend that much time waiting for a job to be complied, it should be perfect. Hope you fountain is up and running by now Angel. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
Oh YES I drink both from the sink in the bathroom and the one in the kitchen :)
XOXO
You two are excellent inspectors!
Cute post. Love how the bathroom turned out.
I'm that kind of client too and after 8 months of renovations .. idiot trades guys and stupid mistakes and nobody listening to what I asked for in the first place .... I'll be so glad to see the ass end of them heading out ... only a few things to tweak now and that will be the end of it all.
My fence builders and landscaping guys were sooooo much more in tune with reality..did every single thing I asked for and more .... wish they had done the inside renovations.
This is a belated comment, but I wanted to tell you how wonderful the bathroom remodel looks. Looks like Angel thinks this is HER place, though, not yours!
