We'd like to go so many places all around the world to visit our blog furiends that it's hard to choose one place so we decided to show some of the fun things we do on mini-vacations around here! We'll first go to the beach...
your beans can visit a lighthouse or two...
on the way inland we can take a hike along a stream...
of course we'd have to go to Crater Lake... 
and to Mount Hood...
we could stop by some waterfalls... 
and we'd have to wrap it up with a hike in the forest with me!

Lovely photos! Oregon is beautiful and you guys are lucky to live there. Momma's favorite vacation spot is Washington. . . which is very similar.

Those look like wonderful places to visit. Great pictures. Our Mom would love to go to Ireland just to see all the wonderful horses that live there. And it looks like a beautiful country.
What a beautiful tour around Oregon! I've never been there on a vacation, but I think it looks like a fabulous place to add to my list!

Wow! That was a great trip. What beautiful scenery you have around your home. I would enjoy some beach right now..actually anywhere warm and sunny but I do love the beach.
I need to go back to Europe at least a few more times, there is so much to see that you just can't compare to in the US.

Gees, if I lived there, it would be like vacation ALL the time! It is so pretty there. It isn't that pretty here--we live in Chicago. There is a lot of concrete and tall buildings.

Oh, that picture of Mt. Hood brings back a lot of memories. When I was growing up our family went there every year.
Best place a went, although it wasn't a vacation (haven't had one since I was a kid), was a finance tour with Boise State to Europe. My favorite place was Germany (Sadie would just love the Black Forest).
Gorgeous! I would love to get back to Oregon someday!
