Stroll with Sadie!

It's Sadieday again! The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming and Daddy even mowed the grass this week, so spring is in the air which means we have more days when we can go on a stroll! Well, except Mommy has to work 50+ hours during prime stroll time every week but that's not going to stop us from going on a stroll today so come on, let's go!
We're coming up to the end of the paved trail and where the forest roads begin. This is an exciting part of the stroll because...
once we go past this big tree I can smell freedom...
I get to run off leash which is my favorite thing to do!
I've learned that I have to wait for Mommy though...
and of course I've learned to come back to her when called.
She thinks she has me trained but we all know it's the other way around!

Before I go, I wanted to thank everyone for their concern and well wishes for me! I still feel really well and am not showing any signs of Cushings disease even if my test results showed differently. I am tired more often which is a symptom but for a long time it was rainy here so there was nothing to do but sleep. Anyway, I think your prayers and good thoughts are helping me so I want you to know how much I appreciate them!

I hope you enjoyed the stroll today and have a great Sadieday!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR GRANDPA TOO!

Happy Birthday to your Grandpa from us too!
We're impressed at the first lawn mowing, that's still far away here. Of course you love to run without the leash, that's efurryone's fav thing to do.

Good to hear you are feeling okay. You look great! Seeing all that open space where you can run without snow almost makes me want to move to Oregon!

You have sunshine? I'm jealous :)
But I'm so glad to hear you're okay and you're able to enjoy the wonderful strolls with your mommy (who definitely needs a break or two!)

Have a great day and happy B'day to your grandpa!

WOW your dad mowed? that is a good sign that spring is on the way. With all those hours your mom is putting in it's very nice of you to wait for her while she is off the leash.
Happy Birthday to your grandpa too. Have a great day

Happy Birthday Grandpa! Sadie-I hope you are going to be fine. I'm sorry to not stop by often, my husband was down the whole week-it's an off and on sickness.
Walks are great for furry and human spirits. Tell your mom to take a 30 minute everyday she works, it helps the brain work better too.

We're so glad your Cushings is under control! We love you, Sadie, and want to keep going on cool adventures with you for a long, long time!
This walk was so fun! Do the boy pups who walk there leave p-mail on that fallen tree that marks the trail? Dave and I would have to do that! Ha roo.
Happy birthday to your grandpa!

It's fantastic news that you are feeling okay!! I really enjoyed your walk today and I look forward to them each week.
I really don't look forward to mowing the lawn again. That's at least one thing I like about winter.
Tell your mom that I said good luck with the taxes.
Happy Birthday to your Grandpa!!

We really enjoyed the walk, Sadie! Our mom says it is very nice to see the ground for a change - she's hoping to see more spring-like weather here soon.

And we're glad that you are feeling well! We agree about bad weather meaning more sleeping.

Happy belated birthday to your Grandpa - we hope he enjoyed his special day. You are so lucky that you have somewhere that your Mom feels comfortable letting you offleash - Mom says never going to happen with us except in a big fenced area.

Good to hear you are feeling good, Sadie. That puts smiles on our faces:)

What a beautiful place to walk! We are so glad that you are feeling well Sadie. Every day we say a special prayer for you when we pray for the animals of blogs we read: "God help Sadie to be healthy, but if she isn't, please help her vets and humans to notice right away and treat it successfully"
We're glad it is working!
Hugs and tail wags and nose taps (Arwen wanted to add crotch sniffs, but I didn't think that was appropriate!"
