Stroll with Sadie!

Happy Sadieday! Today is my favorite day of the week! I'm feeling a little ornery today so let's have some fun on today's stroll. Let me figure out what fun things to do but until then, let's go!

Okay, here's my chance. Daddy's trying to show me where to walk to not get in the mud. He thinks I'm paying attention but really I'm plotting my next move.

I'll let him think that he's guiding me "around" the mud puddles...

but as soon as he let's go, the fun began!

Good thing you helped me around the puddles Daddy! I don't want to get muddy! Ha roo roo!

PeeEss: There are no photos of me actually standing in the mud puddle because Mommy was laughing too hard. Daddy didn't find it too funny though. Ha roo roo!

Tortie Tuesday!

It's Tortie Tuesday! Today's lesson is that sometimes we need to look at things with a different perspective. Sometimes for a different perspective, I look at my mommy upside down.

Have you ever looked at a bean upside down, especially when they are talking? They are funny looking and it's a perspective that makes me smile.

By looking at things differently, it can make you feel better. By seeing me at a different perspective, maybe I can make mommy smile too by showing my teefs.

I think it worked! Hope you see something differently today too!

Candid Camera

Several people have asked if Mommy has a camera with her at all times because of all the pictures she takes. Well, the answer is yes - pretty much. But, not only does she take pictures of us, she also gets pictures of other unsuspecting people or strange places. Here's a few of her candid shots and we think you can biggify them to take a better look.

This guy was walking in Eugene, OR. Can you tell he has a white cat wrapped around his neck?

Mommy saw this place when she went to Las Vegas. It says Showgirl Supplies across the top but see what's written on the left hand side window - Tax Return Preparation! That's a combination Mommy hasn't tried yet!

She noticed the bumper sticker on this pickup while traveling down I-5 at 65 mph (or close to).

This car was in the parking lot of a local grocery store. Guess you have to hope if a friend sees your vehicle they don't have a stack of Post-It notes with them!

And finally, this was a woman (not a plumber) in the Los Angeles airport. Daddy didn't want her to take a picture since the gate was packed with people but of course she thinks "have camera, will click!"
