It's Sadieday!

It's Sadieday!  We know today is a day for things that fill you with joy but Mommy has realized that every day should be filled with joy and anything that fills you with dread should be eliminated if possible.  She always dreaded Sunday evenings since that meant Monday was coming and she even dreaded the holiday season because it meant tax season was coming.  As a result, we have a new motto:

"Don't dread tomorrow because then you lose the joy of today."

Pretty wise huh?  Of course every day is a joy to us even though we don't express it near as well as our sisfur Sadie did...

Can't you just see her joy?  We hope your Sadieday and every day has something that brings you joy and, as always, lots of smiles!  Be sure to spread those smiles around since you never know who's day you'll brighten with that smile!

Happy Sadieday!

It's Sadieday and it's certainly a happy one around here!  Mommy doesn't remember being so happy and stress free!  The past four nights she has even slept ALL through the night no matter what we do to try to wake her up!   Yes, we're wasting away without our 3am treats but as long as she's happy we'll sacrifice the treats.  Anyway, what we've learned from all this is it's important to do things that make you happy and enjoy each moment.  We realize that not everybody can leave a job that's dragging them down but when you're not at work, be sure to do something that fills you with joy.  Our angel sisfur Sadie found joy in puddles...

Whatever you do that brings you joy, we hope it makes you smile this Sadieday!  Be sure to spread those smiles around because you never know who's day you'll change with your smile!

Behind The Scenes Eggstra...

Today we thought we'd show you what went on behind the scenes of our Easter post. The Easter bunny brought us lots of eggs instead treats so we were wondering what in the world to do with a whole bunch of eggs...
Sadie woo'd for the Easter bunny to return with treats pronto...
We then heard the pitter patter of little feets...
But it wasn't the Easter bunny, it was our little sisfur Angel and she actually liked the eggs!
She kept playing with them...
Actually she played with them a lot...
Mommy thought she was so cuuuute. Even Sadie was mesmorized...
One thing about my little sisfur, she does find joy in everything even if it takes the rest of us awhile to see it...
I guess the Easter bunny knew that sometimes the biggest treats are learned from those we love!

Always Searching for Fun...

There's never a shortage of things to get into check out around here but sometimes I have to look in unusual places to find them like above me...

I bet I can figure out something fun to do with this light fixture...
