Well, how'd we let so much time pass since we last blogged? Clearly it's not OUR fault since we're not the ones with thumbs but anyway, we're popping in today to say hey! We're all doing well. We're really getting used to being retired...
That was, well, taxing but thankfully it happens rarely. Another thing that happens rarely is Lexi is a tad bit calmer. As we type this, she's crazypants because of a squirrel outside but she does go for longer periods of time actually being still. When she's not still, she's playing with her toys all.day.long. She's definitely a Retriever...
Anyway, we're sorry we've been away so long. We really didn't realize it but we'll make a point to be around more often. For now, I'm going to check out the squirrel Lexi is so worked up about...

We are calm pups. Sure we can get wild now and then, but overall we are mellow. Mom couldn't deal with a hyper dog in the house. Enjoy all your comfy napping spots.
It's great to see a post from you, and to know you're all doing well. It's easy to get out of the routine of blogging, and we understand that life takes us in different directions. Still, we're happy to see pics and get an update! :-)

I have a squirrel that I would like to send to you--he keeps eating the lights in my arbor outside. Every year...like clockwork. Ugh.

OMC...we absolutely love the photo of you and Isabella. We had been thinking about all of you recently and wondered what you had been up to. Retirement really must be great for your mom.
