Tortie Tuesday

I know it's Tortie Tuesday and I should say something wise and profound but I'm taking it easy today...
For the first time in a long while I had a lot of asthma attacks yesterday. Mommy was gone several hours but after she heard the fifth one she gave me my Flovent inhaler. I usually get a treatment just once every evening and seldom have any attacks so she got worried especially not knowing if I had others when she was gone. She's a worry wart. Anyway, the treatment worked but the previous attacks and her making me stand up during each one pooped me out...
I was so tired I wasn't even able to stay awake and watch football with Daddy last night. I did hold him down so he could watch it though. What can I say, I'm Daddy's Girl!

Have you or any kitties you know been experiencing increased allergies or asthma symptoms? We're wondering if my attacks were because we've had windows open all the time lately.

Hope you enjoy your Tortie Tuesday!
Isabella

I've heard that other kitties have had more asthma attacks recently. And Binga seems a little extra sneezy. Even my human has had a bit of raw sinuses. So I hope it's only just the weather, Isabella.

I'm guessing the two critical season for asthma attacks are spring and fall. Could be, but your vet would know for sure.

I'm sorry you and your mom had a rough day yesterday. I hope today is better.

Have a purrfect Tortie Tuesday. My best to Angel and your wonderful peeps. ♥♥♥

Oh no, Isabella! Feel better soon!
Sumi has allergies, and since we've had our windows open most of the day, I've noticed she's been sneezing more :/

Feel better, beautiful girl.

So many asthma kitties had a bad summer but Mudpie was really good this summer! Over the past few weeks she has been coughing more again, just like last winter. It's funny, on my sneeziest days she coughs more too, so I guess we're allergic to the same things!

Oh Isabella, that is too bad but glad the Mommy was there on the spot to help you. We have a bunch here that are coughing and sneezing. It could be the weather. Sending purrs to you Isabella.

Knock wood I've been ok since we got the humidifier but before then I was miserable all summer. TW never opens the windows cos she knows something outside triggers my attacks. Maybe you're allergic to the pollen. Sending healing purrz.

Oh dear, we don't like to hear that you are having those bad attacks again. Maybe it is seasonal as it seems to be a bad allergy time again. Hope you are feeling much better soon.

Isabella, your expression in that first photo is priceless. You look rather loopy. Misty May has been having bad sneezing attacks most of the summer, but she doesn't have asthma. Hope you are feeling at least a bit better, Isabella. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

My allergies have been out of control lately. The mom is really concerned because I've licked raw spots on my back and I've never done that before. I hope your asthma improves, Isabella. ~Ernie
