The hots returned yesterday with the temperatures hovering around 100 degrees. For our international friends, that's like living in a furnace! It's so hot, I melted into the cool quartz countertop...

Compared to you, our hot weather is rather mild - in the 80s. Crazy, isn't it?
Hey Angel! Actually you look quite comfortable melted onto the quartz countertop! Chloe has taken to lying right smack over the air conditioning vent...LadyBug lays very close to the other vent in the living room. They know where it is cool!! Sure hope it is cooler today! xo Chloe and LadyBug
Yes, it's been close to 100 F here too, with the humidex factor. Really "ugly" in the house without a/c. We sure hope this heat wave breaks soon.

Definitely hot here, and our A/C had some problems yesterday!! Our A/C people come at all hours and he came about 10:30 last night! He got everything fixed and we weren't so hot anymore! Bless that wonderful repairman!

It is VERY hot here. WE are sick of it too. Angel, be glad you have that cool quartz. Some of our outside kitties are not enjoying this darn hot weather. Stay cool you kitties.

It has been nice today to get at least a one day reprieve in the horrid heat here in Kansas. But we hear it is building back up for the weekend. We can't wait for July and August to zoom by. Stay cool.

it has been hot here but not as hot as what you have there. Gibbs likes to lay on the basement floor to cool off
We only had 3 day´s of hots so far this so called summer :(
Today we had +17C and some sunshine , but the day´s before that we had lots of rain and about +13C.

It was super hot here last weekend and a couple of days this week. We are heading for a major cool down and I am thrilled! Hope it cools off for you soon too!
