It's Tortie Tuesday and also the day before Halloween. My angel sisfur Sadie wasn't too keen on Halloween because of the scary trick or treaters at the door and my little sisfur Angel hates the doorbell so she really isn't keen on Halloween. Me, I'm so mellow that I sleep right through it but I have found something in common with this pumpkin. Can you guess what it is?

PeeS: Thanks for the suggestions for feeding schedules yesterday. I didn't mention it but I weigh 13.2 lbs which I think is just fine but it does make my legs a little short. The evil v-e-t didn't say how much I should lose just that I have to stop gaining and should lose some to prevent arthritis. Yeah, she's a party pooper. Angel is still waking Mommy up but she gets her 8 hours of sleep even if it takes two nights to get it instead of one.

Isabella, although you weigh more than Binga or Boodie, it is not by that much! Maybe a couple of pounds at best. You probably just have big bones like they do!
Uh....Hobbes weighs 17 pounds. But orange stripeys are known for their size (he's a BIG cat!) and our vet is happy when he gets down to 16 lbs!
Halloween can be scary with all that noise. We don't like 4th of July either.

That pumpkin is very nice, but we think you and your furs are much nicer. Mom is expecting Lightning to freak out with all the doorbell ringings, but the rest of us will just sit at the gate and watch.
We bet Sadie is going to enjoy a big Halloween party across the bridge with all our other friends.

13 seems to be the magic number here at our house too, so most cats think that is a purrfectly good weight. Hhhmmm, wonder why there is a diet in some cats' future here too then?

...everything in moderation... That includes sleeping. You are only doing her a favor. I love the orange in your furrs too! Miss Jack has rather short little legs and so she is sorta round like that pumpkin too but That Woman say's it's not bad. They like that they can just roll her on over & rub her tummy. HA! You wouldn't catch ME gettin rolled!

Angel weighed about the same until she developed her thyroid problem. It's tough, especially with party pooper vets. You'll have to keep your Angel company tomorrow so she doesn't get too scared.

Duke doesn't mind Halloween because he enjoys barking every time the doorbell rings. We aren't going to pass out candy this year though. We're party poopers.
I guess I missed yesterdays post about feeding, but we have our tortie kitty on a feeding schedule too because she loves to eat! We don't even give her kitty treats because she likes to steal pieces of dog food as treats during the day when nobody is looking.

When my kitties were younger they liked to come out and check out the trick or treaters. Now they're just plain lazy and stay away.
You are still a little skinny kitty compared to Banjo so perhaps we need to do a side by side and then the vet can see how svelt you are! :)
