Messin' with my Sisfur...

I've noticed that only a few of our furiends around the blogosphere have both kitties and woofies living together. Well, I'm here to tell you kitties that having a woofie around is kind of fun...
Can you see my sisfur Sadie behind me? She's wondering what I'm up too... We like to mess with her by staring at her or sitting close to her or sniffing her ears or feets. She doesn't like being sniffed one bit yet she'll turn around and sniff us. How's that fair?
Notice that we make her lay by a kitty door stop thing-a-ma-bob too? She's just surrounded my kitties! Around here we know that cats rule!

Tortie Tuesday

I hope efurryone enjoyed the World Cat's Day celebration yesterday! My sisfur Angel and I were left home alone so we had a wild day of napping on the couch, the bed, in a sunpuddle, on the table and we even tried napping on the floor. *gasp* Because of all that napping, I have to rest up today... And since it's Tortie Tuesday, I'll make sure my Tortie toesies hang out...

Celebration Time!

Today is the 23rd anniversary of my Mommy and Daddy's Gotcha Day. To reminisce about that day (aka to remember because it was so, so long ago!), Mommy pulled out the album that Edi made for her...
Are we going to have to look through it Mommy? How'd I get stuck looking at photos? My kitty sisfurs were pretty smart to stay downstairs nappin'...
Enough with the photos Mommy! I bet I can find something better to do today...
A field trip is the bestest way to celebrate Mommy and Daddy's anniversary! I'm going to take them somewhere fun today so I may not get to comment on your blog. My kitty sisfurs are home but they are enjoying World Cat Day by doing what cats do best... A whole lot of nothin!

Sunday Summer Scenes

We enjoying a very lazy Sunday today so we're going to show you some scenes from around our city that might require a double take. We'll start with this statue that looks pretty predictable right? Did you predict this?
On the Oregon State University campus we find this trailer proudly stating that they are Supporting Student Athletes... As for supporting our state, they prefer to support Arizona... And finally, here's our city's aerial fire engine...
It goes 104 feet (32 meters) up in the air...
That's was our Mommy way up there in that bucket! She's the short one on the left! The tall one on the right is our Grandpa from Kansas... Good thing there wasn't a fire alarm while she was up there!

Happy Sadieday efurryone! We've had a lovely week here in the Pacific Northwest and I can't think of a better way to cap it off then with a stroll through a forest. Care to join me? Well then grab your water and leash for your beans if necessary and let's go! It's always fun strolling through the forest but I'm wondering if there's something I can do to make it just a little more fun...
With all these trees there's got to be something I can do...

Thankful Thursday

My sisfur Angel wants to thank efurryone for the birthday wishes yesterday! She had a very good birthday with stinky goodness and an endless supply of treats. I even got some treats too so it was a good birthday for all of us!

Today we also want to give thanks for some presents we received a couple of weeks ago (yeah, our pawsistant has been slow in helping us blog about them). Anyway, our furiends Ann and Duke had a contest on their blog for choosing a caption for a photo of Duke and our mommy actually won! We were all surprised since she's not really good with that kind of stuff but we're grateful nonetheless. Anyway, the first thing I noticed from the package was a special card from Duke... Then of course I noticed there was other stuffs too...
Mommy got some really nice presents like the mug rugs, a note pad and I got the cute pink polka dotted bandanna too! We also got a magnet of the photo of Duke...
Here's a closer view of Duke's photo - isn't it pawesome! Mommy also got some kitty charms to make some beady goodies with. Isabella couldn't keep her paws off of them though...
The package also included kitty toys which are kinda cute, but what do I know about kitty toys... Angel was mesmerized by the polka dotted paper everything came in...
Anyway, we all love our presents so thank you Ann and Duke!

Happy Birthday Angel!

Today is our sisfur Angel's 5th birthday! Even though I was a little unsure of her when she and Isabella came into our family on November 3, 2006...
The little pipsqueek turned out to be a little cuddle bug...
And she was a cutie pie too...
Of course she's still a cutie pie today... Happy Birthday Angel! We all love you furry much!

Tortie Tuesday

It's Tortie Tuesday so you'd think I'd be able to enjoy a nap all by my Tortie-self today but just look who has snuggled in behind me...
I think my little sisfur Angel is partly made with velcro. At least she doesn't block my view of the Birdie Network...

It doesn't appear she'll be leaving anytime soon so I might as well get back to my nap...

Staying Put...

It's Monday out there so I'm going to stay right where I am... I'll try to muster up the energy to fix my mussed up furs from the weekend too but there's no guarantees. Napping might be the order of the day.
