Finally...

Mommy finally comes home today from Disneyland! She gets home late so Isabella is napping on the couch and I'm going to rest up here so we can make sure she knows how much she was missed ALL night long! Sadie, you just tell me when you see her coming...

Solitary Sunday?

It seems that whenever I just want to hang out by myself, my sisfurs have another idea. If I want to relax in the entry way, Isabella will come and plop down near me. Some days I'll just lay there until she decides to leave...

Some days I get up and move to another spot that's kitty free...

If I want to nap in front of the fireplace, Angel decides to take her bath near me...

What's a dog to do to get some alone time?

Happy Sadieday!

Yay it's Sadieday! Since Daddy takes me on strolls in the dark and Mommy is in Disneyland, I thought I'd take this opportunity to bark some annoyance at certain photos Mommy has taken of me. I know I have a really cute hiney and all but you know how there's usually one thing that you can't help but notice in photos of yourself? Well, for me that's the photos that Mommy takes when my back right leg is out. Here's an example...

This one is blurry and with the right leg out - double whammy!

These are all from just one stroll but it happens every single time. I get back at her by not looking at her when she wants photos of my cute face...

Nope, not gonna look at you...

She even tries to get in front of me hoping I'll look but I'm on to her...

This should get her to stop trying, at least on this stroll...

She's certainly persistant so I gave her one...

Of course there will be more bad photos but more importantly more strolls with Mommy. I hope you'll join us too!

We found out late last night that our dear furiend Inigo has to go to the Bridge. We can't even express the sadness we feel. We're sending Rumbles, Rumblemum and dad lots of comforting purrs and hugs today.

Welcome to Friday Features! I am in Disneyland today where everything is decked out for the holidays which got me thinking of holiday parties (okay, I'm really thinking of Indiana Jones Adventure and Toy Story Mania but let's go with it). For those parties I picked out items in purple and brown including jewelry to dazzle, a cowl to brighten up the room, gifts for the hostess and gifts for the kitties and woofies too! Inspirations...

Don't I look pretty modeling Mommy's new necklace?

Mommy has just become a member of the blogging program at Artbeads.com and the current theme is the "Colors of fall". The colors that inspired her were Chocolate Truffle so she searched the many choices of gemstones on Artbeads.com and found lovely choices of Amethyst, Crystal, Smoky Quartz, and Rose Quartz. She also looked for a wood ring for an additional punch of "chocolate"...

She made a matching bracelet with the same leaf toggle clasp that she used on the necklace...

You may wonder why I'm the spokesmodel today instead of the resident "Supermodel" Isabella or my other sisfur Angel...

Well, Isabella got in trouble because when Mommy was making the necklace and left the beads unattended for 5 tempting minutes a second, she knocked all the beads on the floor! She even tried to take off with the necklace during my photo shoot...

And Angel was only interested in giving the necklace a sniff or two...

Anyway, I'm a cute spokesmodel and I hope you enjoyed my photo shoot and of course Mommy's new creations! These pieces are not listed in her Etsy shop but if you're interested, let her know!

One of the fun things about fall is watching Daddy use the leaf blower on the deck...

I wish I could get out there and help him...
