Off the Beaten Path on Sadieday

We're so glad it's Sadieday!  We had a busy week napping, playing, working so we're ready to go off the beaten path...

After a nap of course...

Field Trip on Sadieday!

Yay it's Sadieday!  I've been waiting all week to be able to go on a stroll but since I'm still itching my stitches on my neck I can't wear a collar so I thought I'd be grounded again but then I came up with a great idea - a field trip!  We could go to where I can let Mommy off leash so we could both run!  Pretty smart huh?  Well, grab your running shoes and come along with me...

We're here so catch me if you can let's go!

One good thing about getting out in front especially on a big hill is that I have time to explore while Mommy tries to catch up...

And do some off-roading too...

I had a great idea to come on a field trip!

It's Sadieday! My favorite day of the week! I always look forward to a Sadieday stroll and would love for you to come along so are you ready? Well then, grab your water, leash up your beans and let's go! I'm so excited that I don't know whether to go this way...

Oh alright party pooper Mommy, I'll go straight down the middle... With a little offroading from time to time too... It's always fun to go off the beaten path on Sadieday! Especially when mud is involved... I hope you get a chance to go off the beaten path in your neck of the woods!

Happy Sadieday! I've been waiting all week for Sadieday! Since Daddy had a long week back at school, I thought it'd be good for him to get out so I'm going to take him on a stroll with me and Mommy. I'd love for you to join us so leash up your beans if you have to and let's go! It's beginning to look a lot like fall here... At least it's not muddy yet so I can still go offroading... I have an idea. My daddy likes to offroad as much as I do so he'll really enjoy this...

I know you can't see it but Daddy is grinning just as much as I am!
Well, maybe no one grins as much as I do but he still had a good time! It's time to head home now though... I hope you are grinning from our stroll too!

It's Sadieday and time for another stroll with me! It's not raining today so it's a great day for a stroll. Are you ready to come along? Well then, let's go!

Mommy asked me where I wanted to go today and I know of the perfect place. I'll take you there, follow my tail...

Here we are! I took her where she can go off leash!

I made sure to sniff everywhere so she didn't step in dear doo-doo or something...

She was so excited she was moving too fast to take photos....

Her enthusiasm wore off on me and I was frolicking through the grass too...

I think we were both very happy with my decision!

It's Sadieday! It's also the last day of July - where's the summer going? Well, we better make the most of it so let's get started on today's stroll! Are you ready? Let's go!

The weeds are pretty tall so I'll keep my tail up so you can see me.

Ruh roh, I hear something so tail down 'cause if it's a squirrel or deers, I don't want it to see me before I see it...

Must have been a bird or something so tail back up and let's keep going...

Do you see that? No, not the trees in the distance - the weeds up close!

My kitty sisfurs can't resist Temptations and guess I can't resist my own temptation either - off roading!

Here I am! This off-roading is way funner than the boring path.

Well, except when there's mud puddles!

Mommy must have had too much fun off roading and walking in puddles cause she wanted to be put back on the leash again. She's a party pooper.
