Thankful Thursday

As of today I've been in my new home for one month. I'm winning over my kitty sisfurs slowy. Isabella lets me sniff her while she makes a funny sound. She tries to hug me but never quite gets her paws past my snooter. Her hugs are kinda weird because it's more like boxing but I make sure to give her plenty of chances to get it right. As for Angel, let's just say she walks away instead of runs now. She's tougher to win over. It didn't help me score points with the kitties when I got a special delivery just for me...
I got a surprise BarkBox from my beagle friend, Winnie...
It meant a lot to get something just for me in this house full of kitty stuffs...
I didn't even let the kitties have all the fun with the box!
The theme for the BarkBox is Pharoahs so I got a cool Egyptian squirrel...
And King Tut...
I also got some yummy treats that I've enjoyed stuffed in my Kongs, thrown in my kennel and as treats when I train my peeps. Out of everything in the box, my favorite is the squirrel especially because it squeaks really loud...
Much thanks to Winnie for the pawesome gift! I really do appreciate it! Also I want to thank everyone who visits this blog and has welcomed me to my new home. It really means a lot to me and I look forward to contributing here - as long as the kitties agree of course. Apparently they rule the roost.

I hope you have plenty to be thankful for today!
Lexi

What a fun box! I bet it is a lot more fun than the type of box you've been getting from Isabella! ;-)

Lexi, what a fantastic surprise treat box, such a generous thing for Winnie to do. We're glad you're enjoying everything, especially the squirrel! :-)

P.S. You might win brownie points with Angel and Isabella if you let them have the box, though. ;-)

Lexi, your new toys look as big as your sisfurs. Don't think you'll need t worry about them playing with them. You certainly did go after that box. So nice of Winnie to send it to you. Mom remembers when she had dogs how much they loved toys that squeaked! XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer

Ok Lexi, we think it is time YOU had your own blog. That's what happened to me! They threw me off of Cody's blog........I think it's time you had your own blog. Barks and licks and love, Dakota (oh, if you don't know me, I am Cody's woofie brother and the name of MY blog is Dakota's Den!)

You'll fit in in time. You can't rush these things. Kitties do rule the house and the sooner you know that the better things will be. I would like you to let your mom sleep though. I think she's pretty tired.

Your gift is pawsome. You enjoy all those goodies.

Have a woof woof day, Lexi. My best to the kitties and your mom and J. ♥♥♥

What a fun surprise from Winnie, Lexi! Maybe those toys will keep you occupied and you won't bother your cat sisters much. We know you'll win them over soon...what's not to love about you?
