She's also does workouts from her personal trainer but of course I have to snoopervise. Especially when she's on the evil foam roller...
Yesterday it was rainy and cold with temps in the 50s. I was freezing my patooty off until Mommy turned the furnace on so I could warm it up...
Ah, yes, it felt good...

I love weekends! We had friends over for dinner on Friday night, saw "A Chorus Line" at the local community theater, and went for a walk on Sunday. All things I Love!

The weather here this past weekend was cooler and rainy too...but no heat for us. Thank cod the sun was shining today.

That top photo is so adorable! I agree the foam roller is evil, but in a good way. I'm half convinced that it makes you feel better just because you're not not the roller anymore, not because you're actually better than before you started!
My sister is in Oregon right now and she froze over the weekend!
