It's Friday and the best part is Mommy's home! We were so glad to see her! I purred really, really loud and made lots of biscuits too! After she was home for awhile and started taking things out of her carry-on, I realized I better find out where our present was. She got Daddy some fancy M&M's and she bought herself a now incomplete box of goodies* but I didn't see anything for me...
We hope you have a fabulous Friday too!

*Mommy flew on Allegiant and was worried about the weight limit on her luggage so put her new box of goodies in her carry-on to make sure her suitcase wouldn't be over the limit. After waiting in line to check in her suitcase then waiting in lines at security, her carry-on was inspected by TSA. She'd totally forgot that the lotion and body scrub in the box were each more than twice the 3oz limit so her choices were to go back downstairs and check her carry-on (at a cost of $50), mail the items back home (at a cost of $20+) or to watch the TSA agent throw them away (approx $40 of product in the trash). Let's just say Mommy literally threw her money away in Vegas! The TSA agent did say she could have gone back out of security and put the lotion on so she could wear it once before it went in the trash. Pretty generous huh? She was nice about it at least.

My human says she once lost a brand new tube of very good, and very expensive, sunscreen that way! Even worse, her boyfriend told her that TSA wouldn't notice so not to worry. Boy was she mad!
I'm glad I have no where to fly to. They sure have some strict rules now and I don't understand all of them. I would probably end up having to throw away all kinds of stuff
Yay, so glad your mommy is home! That's a bummer about the lotions (so many dang rules these days), but at least the TSA agent was friendly about it :)
The agent probably took the products! :-(
We're glad your mom is home, though...and that you'll get your 2AM treats again.
So glad the 2 AM treats will start now that the Mom is home. That is awful about the lotion. Guess they have to be careful though. Happy Friday to all of you.
So nice to have your Mommy back!
It is so annoying trying to play the TSA games. How infuriating for Mommy.
So glad your Mommy's back :)
But - oh no - sorry about the hassle at security. That happened to me once before too, so I understand how she feels. Bummer.
Wow, that was a super expensive lesson to learn. That has happened to our dad a few times (with other disallowed items) while traveling Internationally. Some of the rules are a little over-the-top. Our Mom would have bought the M&M treats for herself. Glad you have her homes again. Hope you will join us this week for our Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. Some TSA agent is reveling in that fancy lotion...(Nice brand!)
That is too bad :(
Yep, you have to be careful what you put in your bag. Someone has that lotion I'm pretty sure.
Angel is adorable and I link this post to Feline Friday.
I'm glad you are home safe and that's the very best gift you could give your two girls and dad too. ♥♥♥
I am so glad your mommy is home. That really IS the best print. But I am so so sorry she fell victim to the TSA agents. :-(
xxoo
Airlines. Rip off artists ..... all of them. and, that woman went home with nice goodies ..... it makes me want to scream!
Yep, having your mom home is the best present! But bummer about her lotion and stuff.
AND...we read a car attacked your Mommy, too...maybe she should have STAYED in Vegas!

Oh man! How upsetting! I know the airlines have these rules for good reasons but shoot on having to throw the products out. Oh well. At least mom got home safe and sound.
Happy weekend friends!

I'm so glad your mom is home! That's really irritating about the TSA rules, though. :(
Cammie!
Glad your mom is home :)
To bad about the $40 in the trash at the security :(
XOXO
I think I haven't stopped purring since getting back from the hospital, and by the way- dad wants those M&Ms...
