We hope you had a wonderful weekend! We did! We only had one tax return to help with this weekend - Mommy and Daddy's! Yep, after preparing over 300 returns for work, she waits until the last minute for their's but thankfully we were still on the job. After that we were left alone most of Saturday while they went shopping but they brought us back a crinkly bag...
Crinkly plastic bags are banned in our town so it came from a nearby town. We haven't got to sit on one in forever so it felt nice and cool on my floofy patooty. Another thing that feels cool on my floofy underside is the new countertop...
Nothing better take that away from me!

Obviously your mom and dad love you to travel to the next town so they could get you a crinkly bag. The last time my mom went to the store she didn't bring me home anything. She obviously didn't read the contract well enough. I believe she should be fined for that.
I love the new countertop! I hope the cabinet doesn't crowd it too much!

How interesting that plastic bags are banned in your town! I'd love that to happen here. We normally bring our own, but sometimes we forget and I hate how they give you 372 bags with your order. Everything doesn't need its own bag, folks.
I just can't help noticing how beautiful your furs are - someone gets a lot brushing time aka petting.
All the stores around here use plastic bags, though most charge about 5 cents each for them, hence the reason for taking one's own eco-friendly bags.
Your new countertop looks terrific! Show us how it looks with the cabinet, too, once it's installed. :-)

Our weekend was great! After it being almost 90 out, we had some storms and a cold front move in and now it's it the 30s and we had a dusting of snow overnight! It's GREAT out again! (For some reason, I'm getting an odd look from my mom.)

Mommy detests those crinkly bags! She uses canvas ones for shopping...which are NOT as much fun for the kitty patooty, we can tell you that!
We have lots of those crinkly bags here, no ban on them yet. So if you ever run short:) Just give us a meow.
