It's Tortie Tuesday! It's also election day here in the U.S. so I wanted to be sure to remind everybuddy to vote. In our state all voting is done by mail-in or drop off ballot so there's no polling place to go to on Election Day. You know why that is don't ya? It's so us kitties can help fill out the ballots!
Make sure your vote counts this Tortie Tuesday!

My human likes walking down to the polling place to vote. It would take some of the fun out of it for her if she couldn't do it in person... although that is probably the way things are going. But no matter what, she votes because it is important for her voice to be heard - and when it comes to the local measures and propositions, it is!
Okay. We'll have to admit we are rather confused with the American voting system. But that's okay coz our American friends obviously know how it works! :)
And we agree with the post election treat celebration!
National Tortie Day is the best idea I've heard come out of this election :)

The male person and I just got back from voting. It was the longest line we ever saw here in our home town. 12 whole people waiting.
Our mom says she wishes our state was like your state and she didn't hafta go to the voting place to vote. But she does get the day off of work so that's a plus...not to mention she gets to spend time with us!!
If I was president, I would be sure to add an annual national Tortie Day! One with mandatory treats for all!
Your state is very wise in how they do the voting. Every cat should have their say in the elections.
