Strolling with Friends on Sadieday

It's Sadieday!  We have a special treat for you this Sadieday!  Our friend Pricilla is guest posting today about some strolling that goes on at the Happy Goat Farm in Montana!  We're sure you'll enjoy it so without further ado, here's Pricilla...

Hi everyone! It's Pricilla the goat! I wanted to show you how my studmuffin Luke goes on a stroll every night with (or without) the publicist. I am not too fond of doggies since I have been chased by several but I think I would have loved Sadie and would enjoyed a trip with her in her SUV.

Photobucket

This time of year Luke the goat tends to be a little frisky so the publicist needs to keep him on a lead when he is out of his pen. She lets him roam around a bit at night so he thinks he is the "big buck around town" if you know what I mean.

Photobucket

He can be a self walker if he is a good boy. But if he starts to go rogue the publicist can easily grab his leash and reign him in.

Photobucket

He trots up to the front of the Farm and starts working on "Farm maintenance" - otherwise known as eating weeds. We goats LOVE to eat weeds! And Luke does an especially good job, doesn't he?

Photobucket

When it is time for him to go into his pen in the barn the publicist gives him the news and he trots right into the barn - NOT!

She has to chase him a little.
Silly Luke!

Photobucket

He thinks he will win the battle.
But we does have all learned that THE PUBLICIST always wins.

Photobucket

And soon Luke knows that too and he is soon safe and sound in his pen eating his grain.

Luke maaaas, "Thanks for going on this stroll with me!"

I hope you all enjoyed it.
I'm sure Sadie was watching from the Rainbow Bridge.

We hope you have a Happy Sadieday and a great weekend!

PeeS:  We want to thank our friend Pricilla for her post today!  Not only does she keep tabs on what is going on at her Farm but Pricilla is also the spokesgoat for her own Etsy shop featuring fabulous goat's milk soap!  Be sure to check it out!

Well that was different - I bet Sadie would not have chased the goats...She probably would have wanted to play...

Luke is such a handsome goat! We wish we could see that little chase between him and his publicist when it's time to go back in the pen. That must be so cute. :)

Oh Luke, you don't have to be so nice....we ALL know it's your "bean" that you need to keep that lead on (they can really get off the path can't they). This is SisseeLou and I wanted to thank you for taking us along on your stroll. We always loved Sadieday strolls with our friend Sadie....I'm sure she approved of you getting your bean out for some fresh air! My mom is going to go look at your Etsy store...she LOVES soap!

That sure was a fun SadieDay walk and we think she really was watching from the Bridge. Mama used to live next door to a lady that had goats...they were kind of cool until they started coming in to the garage and eating stuff...
