My sisfur and I have our own glass of water on Mommy's desk but everykitty knows that Mommy's water tastes best. For some reason she drinks it down too low so I can't reach it though... 
Mommy, you see me struggling here so can you please re-fill your water so I can reach it?

How rude of your mom not to fill her bottle up higher! You could try Melly's technique, which is to dip her paw in, lick the water off, and repeat. It works well, since I never want to drink paw water!
We always drink the water that momy keeps by the bed ~ and then she whines a little bit about furs innit. xx
