Stroll with Sadie and Hugo!

It's Sadieday so today I'm going on a stroll with Sadie! I'll also let you in on some tidbits that I've learned about her this week so are you ready? Let's go!
Sadie loves to go on strolls and is often told how pretty she is by people she meets on the trails. She does not take well to strangers at all though and will back up instead of letting anyone that she doesn't know pet her. As I found out, on strolls she ignores everyone and is mainly head down, side to side on sniffer duty...
Sadie is a Momma's Girl like her sisfur Angel and follows her everywhere she goes. Her mommy says she's her shadow! She often gets treats from her mommy and she'll try making it a game for Sadie by throwing pieces all over but Sadie is too smart and can catch them in the air or stops them with her feets. Nothing gets by her especially the squirrel that ran down the trail in front of us! I had to hang on!
Sadie loves her little sisfurs and forgets how big she is when she plays with them. She doesn't like it when they sniff her though. She really hates to have her feet touched by anyone although sometimes she'll let her Mommy touch her feet but then expects a treat in return! She'd never snap at anyone yet she'd never kiss anyone either although she likes to be hugged and kissed on her cute snooter...
Sadie's going to be 10 next week and I think she's a very sweet and pretty girl!
And I just love her smile!
I hope you enjoyed learning a little more about Sadie on today's stroll!
.
Have a Happy Sadieday!
Hugo

Hugo, you are so lucky to go on a Sadie stroll! I am afraid I would be very shy around Sadie because she and the dog that live here both have the same problem - they don't realize how small we kitties are next to them! Binga can handle the dog here, but I am smaller and more fragile, so I am frightened of her. Even though I act tough when she is around.

Great stroll Sadie.I love your smile also. Claudia walks the same way you do. Head down and sniffing side to side.Only thing she likes strangers. Feels everyone who goes by should pet her.
I hope you all have a wonderful Weekend.

Cute photo of Sadie of her snooter!
Was she abused is that why she does not like all of those things?

Erika,

Sadie was a puppy mill dog rescued at 8 weeks of age so doesn't have many effects from it other than not liking her feet touched and not liking ladies with long blond hair. She has never flinched at all when a hand is raised so we don't think she was ever abused by anyone and she certainly now lives the life of royalty!

Are you going to help plan her birthday party, Hugo?

Hugo, we can tell you like Sadie VERY much! We do too. We didn't know she was gonna be 10! She certainly doesn't look it. All those strolls keep her in great shape. Sadie, we Cats like to sniff...that's just how we are. If we come to visit we'll try not to sniff you too much.
