Cabin Fever

About this time every year we all get cabin fever and can't wait for Spring to really show itself with warm, sunny days every day. Mommy gets tired of being stuck inside working on tax returns for 10+ hours a day. She's counting down for April 15th which is 3 weeks from today! Me and my sisfur Isabella are ready for the windows to be opened every day and not just on the days it's not raining.
Speaking of rain, Sadie gets really tired of rainy days and not being able to go outside and enjoy the sunshine.
Mother Nature, we hope you bring Spring-y days to us soon!
Do you have cabin fever? What do you look forward to most about Spring?

We get our cabin fever early. . . in February. That's when we DREAM of laying in the sun and hunting moles and grasshopsters.

Just look at those colorful signs of Spring!
We love hanging out on the screened-in porch when the weather is nice!

This year I think everyone has cabin fever. It has been cold and miserable even in Florida. We want it to be nice so we can take our walks in the woods. We have so many trails we need to explore with Claudia. Here's hoping that the warm weather comes soon and stays.

We all have cabin fever too. But the last couple of days, we have all been able to get outside a little bit. Those flowers look so pretty Sadie. Have a great day.

The Daffodils are beautiful! In Spring I look forward to the warmer days with more sunshine. After the bitter cold of winter the warmth feels SOOOO good! I don't even mind the spring snows much because when the sun comes out, the snow melts quickly and waters the pastures so we can have lots of lush green grass for the llamas.

Those orange and white daffodils are pretty.

I'm so tired of being shut in! This weekend I'm working in the garden if I have to wear a rain coat over a winter coat:)

I hope your human doesn't have a lot of clients like my human's boyfriend, who files an extension every year. One year, he even did it TWICE! And he's no fun 'cause he gets mad when us cats sit on his papers.

We sure do have cabin fever - we have had way too much rain here. For some reason the Momster doesn't want us to stay outside in the rain - something about muddy feet and white rugs.

Great pictures, as always. I look forward to getting the garden prepped and being able to work outside.
It's raining here now, but the cats still demand that the back door be cracked, so they can get fresh air.
Good luck with the taxes!

No, I don't out much to start with so cabin fever not a problem but like you I want to have the windows open all the time...

Duke and I sure have cabin fever. He looks forward to more walks and time outside and I look forward to being able to open the doors and windows and let the fresh air in

I love to sit out and soak it up!

BUT Mom doesn't usually walk me in the really wet wet so THEN I get bothered!

WE totally have cabin fever - and we don't even go outside! But it has been crazy at our house that is for sure - lots of chasing!

Our mom said to tell your mom that she laughed at her comment on her couch post about taxes because she told our dad the same thing, and so did her accountant! Mom is much better about her witholding then he is!
