Yay it's Sadieday, my favorite day of the week! Usually I'd be getting ready for a stroll today but I'm under orders from the v-e-t to not go strolling for awhile because I can't wear a collar due to the stitches on my neck. He's a party pooper. To get my mind off strolling, Mommy took me outside to enjoy some sunlight on my furs. She wanted me to lay on a rug so I didn't get the stitches on my side dirty. Well, I got close...
It's not my fault if I get dirty anyway - she's the one who hasn't cleaned the deck yet this spring...
She tried again later and I at least got ON the rug this time...
But just as a pit stop to some exploring...
It's Sadieday so I get to do as I please!
Thanks to everybuddy for the continued concern and well wishes. I'm getting better each day. On Thursday I started scratching my neck but I didn't snag any stitches like Mommy thought I would. I've left the stitches on my side alone - so far. As long as the treats keep coming, I'll be on my best behavior and the treats have certainly been coming! Mommy has made me rice and ham every day and even Daddy let me have some vanilla ice cream and he NEVER shares his ice cream! I'm going to milk this as long as I can!
