Finally Friday

Boy are we glad it's Friday! We've had a crazy week at work that has Mommy all discombobulated. To make her feel better, I let her think I was discombobulated too when I got into this box in the closet...

I got in it when the closet doors were closed* so I acted surprised when she opened the door...

Wonder why I'm facing this direction Mommy?

*whispers* Think she's buying my faux discombobulation?

Just a second, let me turn around...

There we go. All is right now...

I think I fooled her and made her feel like she's not alone in having a crazy week. Even if I didn't, I made her giggle which I know helped feel much better!

*Wondering how I got in the closet with the doors closed? I'm not magic but I am sneaky! The closet spans the length of the room with two full sets of closet doors side by side. I walked in the side the doors were open over to the side where the doors were closed. Don't tell Isabella my secret! She hasn't figured how to do that yet!

If I keep scratching at the door, Mommy will open it...

Wordless Wednesday

Time Flies...

Did you ever think you had plenty of time to get everything done you needed to plus plenty of naps and then, BAM, you wake up to find out it's Monday already?

That's what's been happening here.  At least Mommy is finally feeling better so maybe we'll get more stuff done especially taking those naps!

PeeS:  One thing we totally missed was Veterans Day and we wanted to be sure to say thank you to all the veterans who have served our country. We appreciate all our military for keeping us safe and free.  Thank you today and every day!

The Simple Joys...

One of my favorite things about Sunday is it's laundry day. There's nothing better than warm laundry especially when the days are cooler and I'll go to any length to lay on it...

even if I have to get in the closet to do it!
