Tortie Tuesday

It's Tortie Tuesday and it's so hot I have to air out my tummy...
Yeah, okay, I always air out my tummy but this time it's for more than just being cute. Anyway, since I'm already hot, I might as well talk about quilts huh? Angel left out some of the animal quilts yesterday so here's Hazel Nutt the squirrel...
And a bunny with butterflies...
These cute goats with flowers...
Although they walked all through town as well as several side streets, they didn't see any kitty quilts. At least not until they were in the car leaving town and Mommy yelled 'Kitties! Stop the car!'. Thankfully there was a parking spot right where she said it because Daddy barely had time to pull in before she opened the door and ran across the street to see this kitty quilt...
It was surrounded by people talking about their own kitties and how fabulous this quilt was. Of course it would've been more fabulous if it'd been Torties but the house panthers are nice too.

Have your peeps ever made a quilt? Mommy can barely sew on a button so she certainly hasn't.

Hope you enjoy your Tortie Tuesday!

Those are really nice quilts! My human can sew about as well as yours (if not worse!), so she has never even considered making a quilt.

These quilts are just amazing. Real works of art. I made a half hearted attempt at a quilt once but all my blocks came out wonky and I gave up. I would really love to be able to do this though

Those quilts are fantastic! Our biped especially loves the goats - the colours used, the flowers... 🙂

Thanks for sharing!

What a lovely and fun post. I love that quilt with the kitties. I want it.

Tell your mom I can't sew either.

I linked this post to Happy Tuesday.

Have a purrfect Tortie Tuesday, Isabella. My best to Angel, your mom and J. ♥♥♥

OH MY WORD! If my mom had been there she would have signed away 2/3's of her Kingdom and rented ME out for the kitty quilt.

these are really nice pieces; I particularly like the last two !! A lot of work and time goes into these; I've got one my grandmother made like a bazillion years ago !! ☺☺♥♥

Hey Isabella, here is a little tip for you - tell your Mommy to turn a fan on you and you will want to air that belly even more often!!!

Those quilts are amazing!!! Our Mom would love to be able to make just a simple one.

Those quilts are just the best. Love the one of the goats and the cats. I have always wanted to make a quilt but just don't have the patience to do it now. You all have a great day.

Oh my goodness those are spectacular quilts and really are works of art!! Absolutely stunning! They should definitely feature more kitties though! Maybe you could volunteer? I cannot sew at all...even buttons are a challenge! :)
