Boy are we glad it's Friday! We pulled overtime Tuesday holding Mommy down then we did taxes all day Wednesday. Yesterday Mommy thought she was better so went to exercise class but came home feeling crabby sick again so we had to help with taxes AND hold her down all in one day. To top it off, I'm not sure about our new office chair. I'm able to walk off of the desk onto the arms of the chair, wait for Mommy to move forward and then take my place. Problem is, it's just not the same so I had to get up and start the whole process again and again and, well, you get the idea. Mommy decided to just let me try out the new chair all by myself...
Hope you don't have to work hard today!

I do agree that chairs need to be properly broken in. I think my human needs a new office chair, but I dread having to do that job!

It looks comfy enough, but new is just .... new. Did you try barking one "buff" at it? That's what I'd probably have to do.

In any case, there is no kitty with more dedication and just plain grit than you Angel. Your will to get 'er done and to attend to your nursing duties as well simply amaze me. You should be on GMA! You're an example to us all.
New chairs can be hard to get used to. Just keep working on breaking it in, and we are sure it will be more to your liking in no time!

Oh dear, we are so sorry to hear mom is still not well. Many purrs coming her way. That is such an adorable picture of you. It's a good thing she has you to keep her at home and sitting or laying down.
Sometimes, the fancier the chair, the less comfortable they are.
I hope your mommy is feeling better so you girls don't have to do so much work to hold her down :) And I hope the new chair works out and gets broke in so you and mommy can be comfy :)
Happy belated birthday to your grandpa, who is probably about the age of our daddy. Wouldn't that be funny if they were not only born on the same day but are also the same age.
