Supposedly we're the reason that the sliding glass door blinds haven't been replaced but we don't know why...
We think they work just fine...

I'm thinking of dispensing with any curtains in the living room - why bother? New ones will be ripped to shreds in no time ;-)

Oh, Isabella, we LOVE that! Cats being responsible for "non redecorating". For SURE that is the case at our house. We are also responsible fro a lot of closed bedroom doors, lack of having company over, Thanks for the smiles.

Yes, we, too, are "responsible" for non-decorating in our house. Nothing breakable on display, an el-cheapo Wal-Mart area rug in the living room (the human says something about Derry barfing all over it and Nicki using it as toilet paper--both reasons not to invest in a better one), etc. The list goes on and on!
YES! OUR blinds are purrfect I think but mom is nit happies any more. I went crazypants over the raccoons on my deck and so some of the slats of the vertical blinds are turned to another angle. So? What's your point mom?
I think you should demand they be REMOVED
Oh boy - were you in our house taking pictures cuz that's exactly what has happened here. M claims I have the blinds all screwed up at the top. Geeeesh, I can't even reach up that high. We need to rebel!
Our Little Bit has some issues here too, but she's way more important than what she may break/mess up. I'm thinking your mom and dad are looking at you in the same light. A good trade off indeed.

Oh yes, we used to have blinds on our windows and darned if a fly didn't get in there and of course we had to get the fly so now the blind is totally gone.At least now you can see out that door. Have a great day.

I'm often blamed for Mom not making a quilt (other than denim) for the bed in our ... errrr ... I mean the master bedroom. I have no idea why! I really dig the quilts she does put on it! Literally!

ha! too much birdie TV has permanently warped the blinds!
Newman would tell you that we don't have new carpet because the kitties like to use their claws on the carpet, and also flojectile on the carpet occasionally!
We have automatic blinds on the big windows in our house, so they are easily moved up and down. My kitty usually sits on his bed by the window that doesnt have any curtains or blinds...we live in the country so we dont need window coverings on all of our windows.
Haven´t needed to be blamed for any non re-decorating in my house , it´s very well decorated for a cat :)
I'm not blamed or non re-decorating but I got blamed for them having to take the carpet out and put in the hard wood floors. Mom didn't like the spot I made by the sliding glass door. I had it almost right before they took the carpet away
Uh, yes, we must agree. The floors and carpeting all need to be replaced or redone, but "they" keep saying they don't know if it is worth the money because of "some" of us.

Harley would agree that he gets blamed for a few decorating delays too. I won't ever have carpet with him in the house...he loves the mud too much!

My pups love watching out the window and I always make sure to raise the blinds during the day or they'd just make themselves a gap to see through.
yep.. Earnest and I are the reasons (we're told) that things, sparkly, brakely, or otherwise do not sit out much on tables anymore.
