Sadieday Field Trip Continued...

Welcome back to my extended Sadieday field trip to the Oregon coast sand dunes! As you saw yesterday, after a lot of huffin' and puffin' we made it up over the dune and onto the beach. Of course I headed out to the water right away... There are no actual photos of me enjoying the surf because my photographer (aka Mommy) got sidetracked by a hurt bird on the beach. I didn't see it since I was frolicking in the ocean but she's still worrying about it. Anyway, after some running up and down the beach it's time to get back over the sand dune somehow... It's not too tough for me with 4-paw drive but it is for my Mommy because the sand is just so soft... This way might be a little easier...
Daddy and I made it just fine...
But we had to wait on slow poke...
One last look at the gorgeous view...
And then it's time for the fun part - running down the big ol' sand dune!
Time to get back into my Sadie Utility Vehicle and head home...
Hope you enjoyed coming along on our field trip! I had a great day and I'm pretty sure Mommy and Daddy did too!

Hope you enjoy your extended Sadieday!
Sadie

It is a good thing you did not have to have a leash on your human - you would have had to pull and drag her along! Two foot drive just doesn't compare to four-paw!

I've never walked up (or down)a sand dune before ~ it does look kinda diffult. Well, obviously not for you, Sadie! Glad your Mommy and Daddy enjoyed their special day!
And now your Mommy has got me thinking and worried about the injured bird. I hope it found some shelter to heal ♥

Oh Sadie, we are exhausted from trying to keep up with you running over that sand dune. We are like your Mom, slow pokes but wow, it was really fun seeing that ocean. Great views. Glad you took the Mom and Dad there. Bet everyone had a great nap after all that. Take care.

What a fun dune to run down! And the view is so pretty!

I have a theory that Mom was slow because she needed to be further behind you and Dad to get good photos for the blog post. Yup, I am sure that was it.

Nothing beats an extended Sadieday especially when there is beautiful scenery to go with it. That's a really big sand dune, I think I would be doing quite a bit of huffing and puffing too

Maybe you could find a sandsled so you could pull Mom along that beach - bet that would be so much fun! Thanks for giving us an extra day with Smiling Sadie - we loved it.

Sadie! I have so often wished that my mommy had 4 paw drive as well. Especially wen she has moaned and groaned going up all our hills here in town when she is walking.

You look wonderful. Do you think Isabella might want to go with you sometime as well?

You are one lucky doggie, Sadie, to go on such fun trips! How do you get the sand out of your paws?

I'm smiling from ear to ear too my dearest Sadie! Your beach is much more awesome/huge looking that ours is here in Florida. If you are panting way up/over there, you'd need to be dragged here cause it near 100 degree's efurry day. Our furbaby took us to the beach yesterday for a group swim... come on by my blog to see!
