It's fun sitting in the laundry basket but it would be much more comfy if there was some warm laundry in here with me. Can you get me some please?
Purrty please with nip on top?
It's only a matter of time before I am surrounded by warm laundry because cuteness always works!

What tactics work on your beans?

I am pretty good at the mind control method. I like your looking cute method. Mine is not so much looking cute, but rather a long intense stare - works well when I want to wake them up.

Angel, for that sweet face, if I didn't HAVE any warm laundry I'd have to do laundry right away for you! Yep. You've got your mom wrapped around your paw haven't you?

As for me, I use the whine continually technique. I like to talk and I can drive Momma crazy until she'll do anything I want!

Oh yeah, cute works every time!

Purrs seem to do the trick around here. Of course, cuteness doesn't hurt either!

You're looking as cute as can be, so I am sure you will get your way.

awww...too cute! I'm doing laundry today, so you can always come over and hang out in my baskets!

We're pretty sure your adorable face will work, Angel! Samson uses that face too, but his real weapon of cuteness is his yawn-squeak. Mom is powerless to it.

I like some nice warm laundry myself. Warm sheetss from the dryer to the bed, warm towel for a shower. Mmmmm.

We all are great at speaking to our beings through mind reading!

May your laundry basket always be warm...

I often find my kitty sitting in my laundry basket on top of the clean laundry! Angel, you sure are a beauty!

Being cute makes my human smile, but it does not get her to do anything. In fact, sometimes it makes her do something I DON'T want, like she will pick me up and kiss me on the forehead (ick!). If I want something accomplished, I've found that giving her negative attention works much better.

That cute look would make our mom and dad cave for SURE! They're total suckers for that sort of thing! I hope you're napping in warm laundry right NOW!

Oh what a cute shot! I've been trying to get cute pet pix, but they always move. They're just like my son and don't like to have their picture taken! LOL

Marg said... March 8, 2010 at 9:12 AM

You sure are cute Angel and I don't know how anyone could resist you. We just pester our Mom when we want something until she gives in. And cute works sometimes. I sure hope you get some nice warm laundry soon. It is hard to look cute for a very long time.

Nothing like warm laundry, eh?

What's REALLY missing is us, in there with you!

tahtimbo said... March 8, 2010 at 11:19 AM

The cuteness factor usually works. Looking at you, Angel, I think all that is missing is the indirect lighting and the soft focus. I call it the Star Trek effect :)
Oh, this reminds me, I have laundry to do.

Patti said... March 8, 2010 at 12:07 PM

You sure do look cute, Angel! We like warm laundry, too, but we have alot more fun watching the wash machine go round and round. It's like having kitty TV!

Aw Angel you are so cute, who could resist you. I'll bet that laundry basket will be full of warm snugglies for you before you know it.

That sweet look would work on my Angel! Banjo just gives me the ol' "Puss n' Boots" look as well and I melt like butter in his paws. Sigh...you kitties have to just pull the old heart strings and we do whatever you want! :)

randomcreative said... March 8, 2010 at 8:04 PM

My Angel loves laundry baskets, too. :)

Anna said... March 9, 2010 at 12:12 AM

Oh Angel, you are so cute! I bet you are an expert on getting your beans to do what you want. You could give poor Calle Cat some advice. He is not always so well treated by my daughter Elisabet. He was tied inside their cardboard hut (in the living-room inside) and could not get out until we discovered him this morning. But he did not scratch or bite her. He is a real gentleman-cat!

I'll tell Sara to stop by!

I have a feeling that by the time I'm reading this, you are already surrounded by warm laundry! (because you ARE so cute!)

dogsmom said... March 10, 2010 at 9:53 AM

The humans here are a sucker for the double paw reach up the leg. But when that fails, a flying leap across the room to a shoulder usually gets attention.

CatLadyDiary.com said... March 10, 2010 at 12:48 PM

We love hot laundry!!! No basket should ever be empty.

You sweet baby. MY mommeh is a sucker for sweetness and politeness. She'd get you anything you wanted!
